This place may be my new nail spot! I got a pedicure and full set acrylic nails. Pedicure was great - relaxing and enjoyable. Made sure my fingers and toes colors matched perfectly since that was what I was looking for. I had the same nail tech for both services and she did a fantastic job. Was very friendly and paid attention to detail. Cuticles are a little more rough after the fact, but that is more so because of a bad habit of mine. My nails look fantastic but the service was not on par. This is the first, and last time I will come to this place. I went with a friend and while we both sat down at once the woman helped us one at a time and left me waiting for quite some time. They were kind of busy so I didn’t think much of it. Tommy came over to do my pedicure because I had waited 30 minutes and he was fantastic! Very sweet and gentle. However, the middle aged/older Asian woman was less than friendly to both my friend and I. She was pulling at my hands to move and didn’t ask me to move them myself. I usually tip a decent amount because I know every little helps, but I did not tip this time because the customer service was less then pleasant. I felt as though I was a waste of her time and I found myself apologizing over and over again. As I was signing my receipt I handed her the pen and she snatched it out of my hand and did not say goodbye. Do not go here. I originally asked if there was a wait because I only had about an hour to spare. The younger woman assured I will be taken care of, but she had an appointment. She started on my nails, then immediately stopped in order to get me to stay to take my money. She told me to wait at another station where there was another person being serviced and I was never acknowledged that there was a wait or how long.They older lady began to rush with my nails and filed them crooked. I asked her on several occasions to fox my nails and at that point she started yelling at me. She barely could speak english and was super rude. I will never step foot in this place again. I wouldn’t go back. I just wanted for an American manicure and they had no idea what that was. I asked for a natural look. My nails now look like a kindergartner did them. She insisted I get gel instead of acrylic, now my nails are full of bubbles. The white tips are not even, the length of a few of my nails are not even either! During all of this I watched an incredibly rude interaction with an African American girl. To me, the employees are racist and unprofessional. Came here because I saw good reviews. I recently moved out to the area and am in need of a new nail tech. I came in for a pedicure and to get my pink and white nails filed down a bit and painted. The pedicure was really nice. She took her time, and my nails looked wonderful.After she filed down my nails I decided I no longer wanted to paint them, but just put a top coat on because I still had a decent amount of the white tip left. The nail tech got a little annoyed with me that I had changed my mind. It was in that moment I realized that this wasn't my new nail place. I was disappointed in her reaction to my decision. I'm beyond impressed with how talented the staff is! I stumbled across this 'work of art' kind of place after reviewing the Google reviews of 'nail places near me' as I was out in that area for a Dr's appointment and decided to get my nails done on my way home! I'm so glad i did :) I found my 10/10 salon & will be making the ~50 min drive to get my nails done again (even when I won't be out in that area for my doctor). This place is absolute trash. I have no idea why they have so many stars. First of all, the lady that did my manicure didn't even clean my cuticles. I had to ask her twice to do it. And when she did, she made me bleed for 10 minutes !!! Didn't even apologize, just kept putting this weird blue liquid on it to try and stop the bleeding. That shouldn't happen, and it hurt for literally days after. Looking back I should've made a bigger deal and not paid for shit an awful experience. I get my nails done literally never, this is the second time I've gone in the last year, and it was awful. Not relaxing, not well done. Just terrible. Avoid. Read Less

Walk ins are welcome here. And you will be taken care of within a matter of minutes.. the store is clean and busy.. they have tvs and I just watched a show as I waited for things to happen. I highly recommend this place! Cleanliness is very important to me because of all the illnesses you can get from unclean pedicure tubs and instruments. Luxury uses disposable liners in their pedicure tubs and opens clean packs of instruments in front of you, so you know everything is sanitary. Nails look excellent. The only problem I have is the people! The lady I got didn’t seem to like me watching the TV and kept watching me then in the middle of the service turned the volume way down; not sure what her problem was. My biggest complaint though was this: I had never been to the salon before as I’m still looking for a 10/10 salon. This one would have been my #1 and DEFINETLY recommended if it wasn’t for this. Towards the end of the service I suddenly saw a sign in a corner saying, ‘tip in cash only’. I thought OH NO as I never carry cash on me and I always add the tip to my card transaction. When the lady processed the transaction I told her this, and asked her to please just add something onto the amount instead of cash tip. She said no only cash, so I said but the problem is I do not carry cash. Instead of being decent about it, she said not one more word, just swiped my card without adding anything for a tip, then shoved the card back at me and walked off. I waited for a bit expecting her to come back and at least say thank you or have a good day, but NO!! she was gone! I was extremely insulted because #1 that is not the way to treat customers, #2 you should not just expect a tip anyway as it’s a gratitude thing, and #3 why should it be my fault I didn’t have cash on me, they should take card tips the stupid idiots!! I did want to go back another time though as she did a good job so I went to an ATM to get some cash out for her; this way I knew she’d also have to take back the fact she’d been rude and apologize. In doing this though the ATM swallowed my card and I got no cash so that was the end of that; it confirmed she had been rude and obviously wasn’t meant to get a tip 😊 If you have cash I would recommend, however after this I think I’ll just keep looking for another place to go! Definitely 5 stars! I didn't catch the name of who was working on my nails but he did a phenomenal job. I came in, was tended to right away, and for acrylics it was a pretty quick job. On top of the speed and professionalism, they look amazing! I asked for the coffin/ballerina shape which always seems a bit tricky to get even but each nail is flawless! The lady and I got pedicures here for her birthday (it was impromptu, otherwise we would have made an appointment elsewhere). It was surprisingly busy for noon-ish on a Tuesday, but we got seated fairly quickly. The unfortunate part was that there was only one tech available, so my pedi didn't start until hers was already done. Sort of a bummer, but hey it was a walk-in.The chars were nice enough, and the pedi was ok. I wouldn't have paid much more than the $25 they charge though. It was just the standard rush job you get at most places. The shop has a couple TVs, but otherwise it's pretty no-frills. No ambiance.If you just want your nails trimmed and painted, then this place is absolutely fine. But when I get a pedicure, I'm looking for relaxation and a bit of pampering. So this is only the third pedicure I've ever had, and their regular pedi is as luxurious as the other 2 "luxury" pedicures -- and way affordable. I can't wait to come back and try the next step up! I wanted to get a pedicure on my birthday but wasn't near my regular place. I checked Yelp for recommendations and Luxury Nails fit the bill. Thanks to whoever posted the price list! Jacob and I walked in around noon on a Tuesday and were greeted pretty quickly.The manicurist asked us to sign in then to pick a polish. I noticed other patrons were offered refreshments but no one offered anything to either of us. They have tons of colors but I found most of their OPI polish was thinned to the point of transparency. I picked a different brand and waited for our turn. We were sat in massage chairs just a couple minutes later. The guy that helped me had me soak my feet immediately and went to work, but no one was available to do Jacob's at the same time. That really bummed me out and gave me anxiety, because I wanted to get pedicures together. I'd rather wait together until two people were available at the same time.The guy rushed through everything about my pedicure which is always my biggest annoyance at these cheap places. I looked toward the door and there were no customers waiting. The massage portion of the pedicure was just him lazily slathering my legs in body scrub and lightly running his hands over my legs. No rubbing or kneading and he didn't even bother to massage my feet. Huge bummer.The nail polish application was great; no complaints there. Jacob finally got his manicurist at the end of my pedicure, so I just sat by him while his lady went through the motions. I got jealous because she actually massaged his feet! Boo hiss.I can tell from photos they do nice acrylic and designs, but I wouldn't come back for a pedicure. Different start times for a couple plus being rushed left a bad taste in my mouth. Was really excited about trying out Luxury Nails for the first time but unfortunately, I was left extremely disappointed. After the girl who had been doing my nails for almost 3 years left the salon she was at and moved...I started my search for a new nail salon. Considering the reviews for Luxury were pretty great, I decided that this must be my place! Nope.I came here three days before my vacation so I was really needing a pretty nail job. I also was feeling stressed so I was hoping the pedicure would be nice and relaxing/pampering. First, I called two days before to make an appointment. They said they had plenty of room and put me down for 5:30pm - Pedicure and Shellac polish change on my hands. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment and was told to pick out my colors and wait a few minutes. I noticed that there were not many people working and they were all currently with a customer. I picked my colors and waited.40 MINUTES later.....I finally was sat in a pedicure chair to wait some more. The guy who did my nails didn't come over until another 20 minutes, by that time the water was super cold. Plus the massage chair sucked so I didn't even get a good massage while I waited. I just do not understand the point of making an appointment if you don't have the availability and are just going to make people wait. If they would have been up front with the wait time I would have not bothered with an app. or gone somewhere else. While waiting, there were two other women who came in and said they had an appointment and they also waited almost an hour. Ridiculous! The pedicure wasn't that great. I upgraded to the deluxe and it was just O.K. nothing special and I definitely didn't feel relaxed. The shellac on my hands didn't look that great and started chipping two days later.....It is now only the 6th day after getting them done and 4 of my fingers are completely chipped and ruined which usually never happens. The guy who did my nails put so many coats on that it looked thick and bulky. I am so upset I spent $60 on nails that basically only lasted a fricken day. They also charged me $5 more than what they should have...By the time I was done it was past 7pm which is when they close. A 5:30pm appointment should not have gone that late. They were pushing me out the door and towards the end of him doing my nails, I could tell he was rushing and being sloppy so that he could pack up and leave. The only plus I can see to this salon is that they have a decent amount of shellac colors in their sample bucket. Although I hate when nail salons put them on the key chain instead of in a book. So much harder to look at the colors and remember which one you picked. Some of them also looked like they had been there for a loooong time so who even knows if the color as still there or even still good. After getting my nails done twice a month for many years, I know what to expect in good nail service. I won't be back to Luxury nails and my quest for a great nail salon continues. Read Less

Just moved here from TX and was in need of me time. Got a mani/pedi yesterday and my mani was perfect but my pedi was not great at all. I am 6 1/2 months pregnant with a 14 month old at home, got my mother in law to babysit so I could go. She didn't even massage my legs let alone my feet. Then when I got home, my right toe was throbbing. I have an infection because she dug too far into the side and irritated something. I keep trying to put triple antibiotic cream on it but it's just keeps getting more red. Also, they do not accept credit card tips, cash tips only. So I wanted to tip the girl that did my mani, I had a $10 bill in my car, way too much but that's all I had. So I will not be going back to this place ever! Read Less

I love this salon! The employees are all friendly and love to make people smile. I went to them through out my entire pregnancy and they pampered me so well. They offered complimentary drinks every time. their foot massages that i received with my pedicures were the BEST!
