I was very disappointed with our visit to this nail salon. I took my son in to get a pedicure and they left a very large sore on his heel. They seemed less than concerned about it and charged me full price for the pedicure. My pedicure wasn't anything special, seemed like nothing more than a polish change. I had a horrible experience here getting my pedicure. The customer service was cold and so rude. The nail polish is extremely cheap. If I could give zero stars I would. I highly recommend not going here. They have horrible customer service & use very cheap nail polish. I got my nails done in the afternoon, let them dry for an hour under the lights and by that night they were chipping. When I came in to get my money back ($15-manicure) they repeatedly told me it was just because I didn't let them dry long enough (except I did) and they would only give me $7 back for the polish- but kept the rest because he "cut my cuticles".... yep. I called ahead and asked if they had available and a time they said yes and to come in. After entering they pulled me back to the pedicure chair I was sitting waiting for about 5 minutes at that point. One of the workers proceeds to walk up to me and tells me it's going to be another 45 minutes! I've never experienced this before at any other nail salon!  My feet were soaking and they wanted me to sit there for another 45 minutes before anyone started on me! If I could give zero stars I would. I've been here 3 times, with each experience getting worse until my third and final visit. I always get the same manicure, French tips in black shellac. The guy who did my nails was SO rude the whole time. When I go to the salon I browse on my phone and answer emails. No salon had ever asked me what he did. He kept telling me to get off my phone and after telling me for the 4th time he finally said don't touch anything until I'm done with your nails. Mind you the girl next to me was on her phone and her guy didn't care. After my nails were done I got in my car and noticed the tips were partially see through. He only put two coats on half of the French tip, so half of the tips were more black than the other. On top of that all the tips were different widths, and they were extremely wide. It looked like half of my nail was the French. I had to go back in and ask for them to redo them. The guy was furious. Everyone in the salon was staring and it was embarrassing. Someone else redid them. I will never go here again bc of the constant bad service and lack of expertise. They just want to get as many people in and out as they can, they don't care about the quality of how your nails turn out, imo. Read Less

I am really disappointed with this nail salon.  I went to it based on the good Yelp Reviews, but definitely was not what I was expecting.  First, I called ahead of time to ask if they were busy and the Receptionist was aloof and said "not really."  It only took me 5 minutes to get there and the place was jammed packed, asked for a mani/pedi...and they did take me immediately.  Having said that though, that's where my good experience ended.  I had one guy start on my nails hurriedly...there was an older woman (I am guessing she was the owner) staring and pacing back and forth looking at everyone's progress, it was extremely uncomfortable for me.  The guy just started to put the shellac on my pinky and she came over and YELLED at him - I'm guessing she told him to stop because he huffed and started taking it off!  Then she directed me back to the pedicure area.  I had another guy there do my pedicure and he was weird and wanted to talk my ear off, not that I don't like to converse with people, but it was just awkward - didn't give me a chance to relax at all.  Then I was escorted to a girl to do my mani, but she stopped in the middle of it after being yelled at again by the assumed Owner and the original guy finished my nails.  All and all, it was NOT the relaxing experience I was looking for - it was anything but - more like how fast can we burn and turn clients!   I will NEVER go back there.  The way the employees were treated was not acceptable to me and made me very uneasy.  I have to say my mani/pedi did come out good. So far so good.I was given a recommendation from a nurse at one of my doctors offices. I was admiring her nails and asked her who was her tech. His name is Shawn. So That's the guy I called and booked an appointment with.OMG! I couldn't be more pleased.He shaped my nails just the way I like them and did a gorgeous job on my French manicure/pink and white.I booked a pedicure as well just a few weeks after my second fill. Another tech did my pedi and did a great job. Scrubbing, lotion, warm leg towels, the works. I had a friend book with me and she was pleased as well.I recently went in for a polish change on my toes. I did so as a walk in and they got both my daughter and I in a chair, old polish off, new polish on, under the dryer and out the door in under 30 minutes.So, word to the wise, if you want to book with Shawn call ahead and make an appointment. This is one popular dude. I usually book my pedicure ahead as well but you can chance a walk in if any tech will do for you. Read Less

My daughter & I were in the area so we stopped here to get our nails done.  We were pleasantly surprised.  It was staffed well so we got right in & we had great service.  Michael did my nails & he was excellent.  The highlight of my manicure was the massage.  Both our nails looked great.  We will be back! This place actually does a good job! They do wonderful shaping and give great pedicures. The staff is super friendly, however. I cringe every time I come in when I hear how the owner speaks to his staff and customers.  It's beyond words how rude he is. He mocked me when I came in once to get a polish change. I was floored how a business owner could speak to a customer that way! I gave it the benefit of the doubt and went back a second time. My god, this guy was such an ass again! I bit my tongue and let it go. I sound like a hypocrite because I continue to go back because the staff does a fabulous job. I hope the owner gets his manners together quick. Read Less

This place is TERRIBLE!!!  I've gone several times because it is convenient but every time I've been there the staff has been incredibly rude.  They speak Vietnamese to one another acting like you're not sitting in front of them.  The last pedicure I had lasted only 10 minutes when the girl's next to me was well over 30 minutes.  The more services you want done they are in more of a hurry.The last time I was having my acrylics filled, the tech was talking to the owner about something and wasn't paying attention and cut the side of my finger with the drill causing it to bleed.  That was the LAST straw for that joint...........I will go some place where they appreciate my business and make it a pleasurable experience for me, not painful.
