I wouldn't even give them a 1!! The place is DISGUSTING!!!! My nails look like a 5 year old painted them. I paid and tipped before she was through. When I said something the girl blamed the girl who did my fill. She told me she would fix them but then left to go pick up her son and just left me there with horrible nails. I went to this nail salon because it was close to home and open on Sunday.  The man who was working on my feet actually peeled my nail back (it was awful) because I do have an ingrown nail, but that is not how to handle that!  Also, no base coat on my shellac, when I questioned this she said it is in the color - not true when I went to another salon to have color removed it was embedded in my nails, the nail tech said she never saw anything like that.  It took a lot of work to get it off my nails.NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE!! The woman kept asking me questions about what I needed done. I said I have a couple nails to be fixed. She continued to drill me as she was working on someone else's feet. She ended up cutting off all my natural nails (That really upsets me!!) and put on fake ones....on ALL of them! (Which wasn't necessary) I asked for gel nails...I got acrylic. I asked for gel polish. She kept saying shellac....don't know if it's the same or not. Every one of my nails are sore. (Maybe she put them on wrong??) Then, I've been picking off 'extra' nail polish that ended up on my skin. I will post a picture of the final result...showing that the tips were not put on correctly. Now it looks like I have bent fingers. (I do not) All employees spoke more to each other (in a foreign language) than they did to the customers. When all was said and done, she said....."Fifty dollar". I asked if that price included a free pedicure as well. She was not amused! WOW!! Fifty dollars for a crappy nail job and rude people. It really makes me uncomfortable when you have 4 or 5 people speaking different languages. Could you, please, save that for home? Even what little English that she did speak was broken and very difficult to understand. That is uncomfortable as well. First time I went was on mother's day. I was the only one in there and assumed it would be relaxing...boy, was I wrong! I sat down to get my full set and the lady rushed doing it, while the other lady rushed doing my eye brows and lip wax at the same time. Then when they went to charge me the lady asked, "How much for tip?" Never in my life have I been asked such a question. It was very rude and put me on the spot that made me feel so uncomfortable. I was hesitant to go the second time, but decided to give them a second chance just in case I was being too judgemental the first time around. Horrible. Took my niece  in for a full set of gels. They  cut her fingers while sawing and what they call filing..refused to fix the horrible "polish job" they did. When I pointed out how horrible it was the lady just yelled to another lady in another language. She didn't even attempt to fix it. The gels are already lifting and look like she's  had them for a month. Her mom didn't even want to pay for thus and I dont blame her! I'm ashamed for even suggesting it.  Then when she did hand over her credit card she wouldn't give credit card back when her mom didn't want to leave a tip. shouldn't have given a dime for this slop job! if i could give zero stars i would!!!!!!!! i got shellac done ($30) and by wednesday it was peeling off and looked like something ive never experienced before. every time i get shellac it always lasts AT LEAST 3 WEEKS! here not even 3 days? i went in this morning for the lady to ask me WHAT I DID!?? i did nothing.. Zero star!... Worst mani/pedi I ever received.ATC nails on corner of gratiot and 24 mile. I was rushed, the 1 girl was doing 3 people's nails at a time it was a horrible job!!! It was like an assembly line. My cuticles were worse coming out of the salon then when I went in. The shellac must have been old. It was bubbling up and flaking off after only two days. They did not even remove all of my old nail polish before trying to covering up with the new color. They insulted me by wanting to do my eyebrows, when they were just done at the hair salon. They are all about the money here. They even stand around waiting for a tip and if you don't give them enough they still stand there and wait for more, it is unbelievable here!?! While they insult other area salons saying others are too expensive. They are the same price as the ones they are criticizing. Lol Save your money don't go here! If you go... You will regret it! Went in for the first time for a mani/pedi. Needless to say, I will not go back. They were so rush rush and I was the only one I the store. Nail Polish is all over my skin. Business was very dirty and there were boxes everywhere of new salon materials. The $30 mani/pedi sign in the window is not correct, I was told this mid way though. Finally, the business does not have an updated credit card reader to read a chip on a credit card. Would not accept my card. I was willing to write a check but they said, no go to 711. I have gone in there a few times & they are quick to get your fill or manicure done. I just don't think their work is quality work & the owner is quite rude. Also they change the prices on you every time you go in. I went & got a fill with the Shellac & it was a total of $30 & then 3 weeks later got the same thing & the charge was $35! Due to an unexpected medical illness my regular person acquired, she had to cancel my appointment the day of. I needed to find an alternate to get my nails done. I called ATC and they invited me to come right away. All three ladies: Tina, Lisa & Kathy took care of my mani & pedi. They do upsell you on their services but most businesses due....All three were very nice and accommodating! I was amazed that the "flowers" I had added on my nails were done by hand and not airbrushed. Very artistic! I wish I had read previous reviews first. I was on this side of town and decided to come in for a pedicure. It has the feel of the garage, I questioned the sanitizing tools, my feet are ticklish so she stopped the callous wand scrub, and was rushed. Only good thing is I was able to take $20 option so I spent less but have no reason to ever go back. And I'm looking at my toes one day later, and polish isn't even covering some of the nail. Very disappointed as the other people who have written a review. Was here a couple times prior to yesterday's experience and certainly don't remember being rushed and practically ignored when I tried to make conversation with the nail techs. Had a shellac mani and pedi and besides the polish on my fingers you certainly can't tell I had a manicure. Same thing.. Came in for the first time. Completely rushed. One person giving a pedicure and the other doing my nails at the same time. I felt like a puppet not knowing which way to turn. When it was time to cash out I tipped the lady that did my pedicure and the lady that did my nail and was TOLD to tip the woman that was doing my Shellac. The woman that did my nails claimed she does not do Shellac and said " she's doing your painting what are you tipping her? "  Are you kidding me! Do not ask me or make me feel that I HAVE to do anything. Next my total should have been 60 dollars and they added a 5 dollar tip in the tip section. Don't ever go here to get your nails done! I went in to get a pedicure and a full gel set put on the day before my wedding shower. Fully expecting that I would be nice and relaxed with pretty toes and fingers, I went in. I felt rushed the entire time.  The pedicure chair was uncomfortable and dirty, and they insisted on doing my nails at the same time as my pedicure. I had no time to relax which was what I was looking forward to most.  My fingers were sore for five days afterwards, and they cut three of my fingers with the drill. My pedicure was okay at best. Yes this place is affordable, & I understand you get what you pay for, but this wasn't even worth the small amount of money that I paid. Spend the extra few dollars, And go somewhere else. Read Less

They are great! I go for acrylic fills every two weeks and have gotten a pedicure there before as well as, had my eyebrows done. They are friendly and fast, always very busy but they never make you wait for more than a few minutes (which is usually how long it takes to pick your color) They do try to up-sell a lot, but then again, every nail salon I've ever gone to has. They are clean and take great care of you. After you come a few times they remember you and even if you don't make an appointment, they will try and keep you with who you normally have. Lisa does my nails and she always does a beautiful design to go with my color on my ring fingers, I get so many compliments on them! My sister-in-law recently started going for a manicure with me and she got a very cute flower painted on her nails by the gentleman that works there. i would highly recommend them to anyone! This place does a horrible job and are insanely rudeee!! I told the technician I wanted my nails about a medium length and she said "the longer your nails, the more i charge you" WHICH IVE NEVER HEARD OF ANY PLACE DOING! and so when i asked why? she said because of the cost of the nails. I said " well when you cut them down, you throw away the scraps anyways" and she said " it will be $5 extra each nail for longer " as in it was a threat for me questioning.. very very rude people own it and i will NEVER go there again.
