I have been getting my nails done at The Nail Lounge at Partridge Creek faithfully every two weeks since the beginning of the Summer...maybe even Spring. I've been going there since they have always done a good job with the Axxium, quick, and their prices are decent. On the Saturday before last (Dec 11th) I went in to get my nails done by a lady I've never seen before. Didn't think twice about it since I've never had a problem with any of the nail techs there. When she completed the job it didn't look as clean as it normally does, but it wasn't a huge deal, plus she had taken a VERY long time, it was late/long day, and I was just ready to go. That Tuesday (Dec 14th) my nails started to chip & peel! That has NEVER happened to me before. 3 days later the gel was already starting to come off! I called the Salon & spoke to Tom, and told him my situation. He ask me when I can go in for the repair, and I tell him that following weekend especially since I had a banquet to go to. I arrive first thing Friday morning at 9a (salon was COMPLETELY empty), and he told me he was booked until after 1p and to come back then!!! That put me in an inconvience since I had to work starting at 11a (took a few hrs off for shopping & nails), and I knew I wouldn't have time to go back prior to my banquet. I leave, and throughout the weekend/week my nails just get worse & worse. With the holidays and everything else going on I just didn't have time to go to Partridge Creek whenever. So, I called the salon again on yesterday morning (12/22/10) & asked when he could get me in. He told me anytime after 2p. Again, I took a few hours off from work to pick up turkey, grab one last gift, and drive out to Partridge Creek. I got there about 3:30p, and he was working on someone. I ask him how long is the wait. His response (while continuing to work on his client) "it's going to be a while". I ask him "what's a while? how long?". SILENCE...he continues to work. So, I'm standing there waiting for a response, until I finally ask again. He then gets up to look at the schedule & says "after 7:30p", and WALKS AWAY TO CONTINUE WORKING ON HIS CLIENT. WTH!!!!! OMG I was in shock! Not only did they totally mess up my nails, but they continue to put me on the back burner, brush me off, ignore me, didn't even look at my nails...I don't even think he looked at me! I understand you are busy, but take the time to talk 1 min to a faithful client that WOULD HAVE recommended them to anyone! So, needless to say I left, but called when I got to my car since I didn't want to make a scene in the salon. I told him that I didn't feel it was good customer service the way he handle this situation, how I've been going to them for a long time faithfully, how I felt he blew me off, how I've been up there twice and each time was told to come back (even when I called prior to arriving). His response was a VERY dry & blah "sorry" I told him I would never go back to that salon again, and hung up. Read Less
