I had an awful experience for my daughters 9th birthday party. The employees were under age and unprofessional. They blared loud and inappropriate music. The place was filthy! This place COULD BE a gold mine, maybe if you have some adults running it. When I booked my appointment it was with a kid (who was very polite on the phone), and when we got there it was run by kids. There was no adult supervision. No one greeted me, no one knew what was included. Two of the employees didn't even smile! It is soooo easy to talk to a child, but these employees had no conversation with the girls being pampered. I was supposed to get some pink robes for the girls to wear, which I didn't. One of the employees had friends hanging out almost the whole time. I kept praying for an adult to be there to hold these girls accountable, but there wasn't one. All you need is an adult presence, and to hire girls that like kids, and a little bit of customer service! Maybe girls that are interested in working with children. My party had an ok time, but could have been so much better with the right training and hiring. Read Less
