Pedicure was maybe 25 minutes long...was rushed and did a poor job. My feet are still rough and I'm going to have to get another pedicure because it wasn't done right. Will not be going back waste of 30 bucks.

I have never been so embarrassed. I asked for 2 repairs on my hands with my fill-in. The owner could have simply told me we no longer do repairs, but instead gets into a argument with me loudly in fro...
I have never been so embarrassed. I asked for 2 repairs on my hands with my fill-in. The owner could have simply told me we no longer do repairs, but instead gets into a argument with me loudly in front of its customers. "Very bad management etiquette" and insisting I get a full-set because my nails were old. They use toenail clippers to split the acrylic on your nails also. I just went to one of the other thousands of nail salons and got the repair with my full-set. Also, look at all the signs at this place, they have problems. Customer beware.

They don't do eyebrows anymore. I needed a clean up. I needed a place close to home that did nails, brows, a one stop shop. Place was empty. Wonder why.

By far the best nail place I've been in the area. They're ALL good at doing my gel acrylic nails. They shape them perfectly, my nails NEVER lift (and I tend to wait 3 weeks) and the polish always remains perfect. I went somewhere else once when this place was closed and my nails were extremely thick and the shellac began peeling off in layers! I won't go ANYWHERE else by Lucky nails from now on. They recently gave me the best pedicure I've had as well. Top notch service, fair prices, clean facility.

I have nothing but good things to say about this nail shop. My pedicures and nails have been 100% on point each time! I literal have no complaints about Lucky Nails. I highly recommend them.

The business are under new management, the people are from Nails Studio at 8 mile & Gratiot. They are really polite, clean, and knows what's they are doing. They have so many years of experienced, and they take their time to do your nails right the first time, any style. Try them out you've never go anywhere els after going there.

Don't go here! Worst nails I've ever had done in my life. The lady was file happy with a dirty old file that was even ripped up. Not happy not pleased

I have never been so embarrassed. I asked for 2 repairs on my hands with my fill-in. The owner could have simply told me we no longer do repairs, but instead gets into a argument with me loudly in front of its customers.
