Had a nail built to lengthen it to match the rest of my nails and they didn't shape the rebuilt nail very well, it looks funky.... and wanted a natural looking pink and white gel polish, showed a pic of exactly what I wanted and she put the pink on my full nail and then put bright white on the tip, I asked if there she had a more natural, not so bright white and the 2 ladies were chattering away, sounding irritated, in their language, but she got the natural white and did 2 coats over the pink tip and it shows right thru.... I still tipped her and thanked them but I won't go back.... usually I would say something but I was too irritated to be polite, so I left.... also a lady next to me was getting her nails done and had obvious nail fungus on one nail and the nail tech continued to work on her nails.... yuck!! Usually love this shop but just got my face waxed, rushed job, still waxed on my face, didn't try and cool the wax before applying. My face is still throbbing 20 minutes after getting it done. Will not be returning. Read Less

First time trying this place. Prices are reasonable, open later than most salons. Not too crazy about the shaping my nail tech did but definitely not the worst salon I've been to. Would go again. Seems very clean. Read Less

So my review is on the 2nd time I went there. First time I went in, they were ok. Seemed friendly and eager to please. 2nd time I went in, I believe the owner did my fills and did such a horrible job. I was a walk in, which if they didn't have time I would've waited or came back instead of being rushed. My nails were lifting because the girl who did me the first time didn't file me to well. So I went in for fills and the owner took off all my nails except for 2 and then charged me for a full set. Really? If your going to do that I believe you should tell the customer ahead of time. Not only did she burn me with her drill, her polishing skills looked as if a kindergartener got a hold of my hands while I wasn't looking. Therefor I will not go back there. Read Less

Terrible! The girl who put a full set on, talk on her personal cell phone the whole time, when I interrupted her and told her I didn't like how she was filing my nails, To continue talking on the phone my 19-year-old daughter got a manicure, her nails were smudged and peeling but that evening . I should've read the reviews before going to this place. To start I waited almost a half hour, than the lady kept switching back and forth between me and a pedicure without washing her hands or wearing gloves! she did a nail repair on me that doesn't even match my nails. She even had the nerve to tell me that she wasn't doing my designs because they were to busy. The lady couldn't even speak English. It was totally unprofessional, and dirty if I might add. price was right but nails look like complete crap! they also left all the acrylic under my nails and it was still soft because they don't let it harden! DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON!!! One of the nail techs glued a fake nail to my daughter's skin, and the staff acted like it was no big deal. My daughter had to go to the emergency room a few days later because there was a terrible pain in her finger. The ER doctor had to remove half of her real nail and the skin around her finger. He told her it was infected and she is taking antibiotics . When we called to let the manager know about the nail tech gluing the fake nail on skin, the manager said "Oh, well what do you want us to do about it", and this was said in a very sarcastic tone. This isn't my regular nail salon that I goto. I decided to walk in because my salon was super packed and I wanted to try a new place. I had to wait 20 mins or so for my pedicure which is fine. The guy wasn't friendly and painted off my nail and onto my skin and didn't bother to clean it. The leg massage was okay and my feet don't feel as soft as they usually get after using the callus remover. The place is clean though so I'll give them that. Read Less

I love this place I was just driving by around  xmas 12/2011 and when I walked in the decor was beautiful and the customer service was Excellent! the lady (Ha) wax my eye bras and does my nails wonderful lady and store. I have never had anyone do my eye bras and nails the way she did them. Read Less

I walked into this nail shop with what looked like caterpillars fighting on my face. There was a sort of stare off :me looking at her, pointing at my eyebrows- her looking at them in obvious disgust. Then within literally five minutes I had been swept into sitting upright in a chair (no- not leaned back) and my eyebrows had been all at once ( literally- two swipes of the wax on my face and two sticks of the material to take it off) perfected and I was finished. All for a hefty $8 and I made sure to tip because let's face it, this was a magical experience. And they didn't pester me the whole time to get other services! Zing! Read Less
