It was an ok experience, nothing mind blowing. The price was really good on a Polish change, but I would rather pay more and get good customer service. The employees weren't rude at all, but barely said a word to me. I work from home so when I go out to get my nails or hair done, I'm hoping for some friendly human interaction. But it is what it is. The Polish selection was extremely limited unless you like pink (which I'm not a big fan of) and most looked outdated\split. This may be common, but every salon I've been to has a light to cure polish, this shop does not, which is not a deal breaker for me. If I need a quick polish change, I would go here again but if I wanted a relaxing nail experience, I would go elsewhere.

Moved to this area and needed a fill and a repair. The new nail she put on was twice the size of my other nail. She didn't notice so I had to tell her to fix it. I guess they are ok at best. She also ...
Moved to this area and needed a fill and a repair. The new nail she put on was twice the size of my other nail. She didn't notice so I had to tell her to fix it. I guess they are ok at best. She also cut my nails down a bit then ended up lengthening one because she hurried through it and it was much shorter than the others. I don't know if I'll go back or not. I guess it will depend on if any of them break, how desperate I am or if I can find another salon.

Been going there for a few months now. The girl at the front desk is good, but the one to the left...nothing but bad experiences. Last time she made 2 of my fingers bleed with the dremel tool and yes...
Been going there for a few months now. The girl at the front desk is good, but the one to the left...nothing but bad experiences. Last time she made 2 of my fingers bleed with the dremel tool and yesterday I went to get nails removed and just a coat of acrylic put back on. She gouged my nail getting them off to where the middle of my nail was bleeding, never apologized, then cut all my real nails off because she did not listen and understand what I wanted. Will never go back!!!!

Very friendly, clean, not over crowded, great prices, they do a great job, and when they do your pedi they bag the sink, no one elses yuckies touch your feet

Helena did my nails today 9/30/15, full set white tip acrylic, I asked for longer length for a couple dollars more, she kept checking to make sure everything was how I wanted it, she did a fabulous job! She also did a gradient silver glitter on my 2 ring fingers. Oh I LOVE my nails!!! The prices are fantastic too! I will be going back to her for sure!

It was an ok experience, nothing mind blowing. The price was really good on a Polish change, but I would rather pay more and get good customer service. The employees weren't rude at all, but barely said a word to me. I work from home so when I go out to get my nails or hair done, I'm hoping for some friendly human interaction. But it is what it is. Last time she made 2 of my fingers bleed with the dremel tool and yesterday I went to get nails removed and just a coat of acrylic put back on. She also did a gradient silver glitter on my 2 ring fingers. Oh I LOVE my nails!!! The prices are fantastic too! I will be going back to her for sure!
