Great staff, amazing job on acrylices, although I asked them to make the final color on my nails matte, and they didn't have the color or back up color I had chosen, along with another ladies color she had chosen it was great. I will definitely be going back.

Not impressed. Went there for the first time and was told a fill was $18 and ended up paying $23 for some unknown reason. Nail techs were arguing and swearing which was not very professional. Each of my nails is a slightly different shape and the lengths aren’t all the same either. Also the nail polish has small bubbles in it. I can say I’m not coming back.

They listen to what you want, they are polite and talkative, they go out of their way to keep you happy. I've been going for four months now, and I'm very satisfied with the results.

I was passing through on my way to dinner in East Lansing. I was early so decided to stop for a fill because my nails looked awful as I was unhappy with my previous fill at a different place. She took them off and gave me a full set in under and hour and they looked amazing! She was friendly and professional and we had great conversation. I wish this place was in my hometown, I would definitely be a regular!

The techs may be good...... I don't know !! They are TERRIBLE at getting customers the services that they are asking for. I sat there for an hour today before they addressed me, then informed me I had a hour wait before I could be seen. I had asked how long of a wait & was told 45 minutes. They were busy, but this is the 3rd time I've stopped into the establishment & this same thing happened. So shame on me !!!!!!Disappointed

Very disappointed. Called earlier today to confirm their hours and SPECIFICALLY asked what I time needed to be there to get a mani/pedi. They said arrive by 4pm (they are open until 5pm). Walked in the door at 3:57pm today and was immediately greeted with a scowl instead of smile, hemming & hawing about the time. When I stated I had called earlier about service and was told 4pm the gal said "we weren't saying we were going to deny you service" in a huff... then she told me I could sign and pick out the nail polish color. Because they said there would be a wait, I checked and noticed they had two options for Wi-Fi. I asked if it was possible to have the Wi-Fi password... at first no one even responded to me, then when I asked a second time the gal from earlier looks up and says the owner isn't there and none of them know or use the Wi-Fi. Really? No other employee even acknowledges me. I'm sorry but I don't believe you, and I believe that was rude.This was my first time there and had some friends tell me it was good there after the changeover to 219. I will not return.Your first impressions on new customers should not be rude and that they are an inconvenience. I was trying to stay local within Charlotte to get my nails done... Guess I'll go elsewhere.Such a disappointment.

Should be no stars tried to make an appointment for 4 mani pedi for my daughters wedding they said walk ins only. They just lost dollars.

I had my lashes done for the first time a few weeks ago. Audrey did a awesome job!! There still on and I love them. They also always do my nails and always do a great job!!!

Great staff, amazing job on acrylices, although I asked them to make the final color on my nails matte, and they didn't have the color or back up color I had chosen, along with another ladies color she had chosen it was great. I will definitely be going back.

Not impressed. Went there for the first time and was told a fill was $18 and ended up paying $23 for some unknown reason. Nail techs were arguing and swearing which was not very professional.
