Unless you get there before 10, LONG wait. Every time. DONT get a pedi here. The lady who does them is very rude. Older guy yelled at me when I asked if my daughter could get warm water in her tub. Lady ignored the request, even though she was sitting right next to me, so when she was finished w/mine, we left w/o my daughters pedi, much more politely than they were. They do not go by pricing on wall, twin daughters eating and watching tablets while I'm getting my nails done. Lady walks over, and had to basically talk them into getting their nails painted, as they were content and not interested in nail drying time. Next thing I know I'm being charged for my nails and theirs, they manipulate pricing to the fullest. U ask for acrylic you pay for gel, ask for polish you pay for shellac. Be prepared!! Not to mention, my nails really aren't that great 😣 and my 4 year olds... They continued to eat chips and play tablets with wet nails, so u can imagine theirs. Read Less

I would give zero stars if I could. Horrible, horrible service. Went in with my mom and she already had acryclic nails on. Just needed them to be filled. When asked how much to fill her nails the tech said $10. Right before polishing her nails he said its a $25 charge. I asked for what and he said I'm being cheap. I let him know that we were given a quote when we walked in so we want to know what the extra $15 is for. Then he said its an extra $3 to buff her nails(which I assume would be a part of "filling"), an extra $5 to use acrylic powder(but their price list only says gel and white tip costs more and acrylic is basic). That still didn't add up to $25 and didn't make any sense. I'm sorry that she paid him $20 without me knowing. He wouldn't even give a receipt. Poor poor service. Read Less

Go ANYWHERE ELSETried to give this place a second chance. ...when I walked in the technicians were sleeping in the chairs and I explained when I sat down what I wanted....a fill in and reshaping from squares to pointed tips....then after gouging my cuticles, yanking and twisting my fingers aggressively doing the fill ins he asked if the shape was good....they were the same as when I came in. I said no, I want them pointed.  We tried to figure out how to communicate that since he now obviously doesn't speak ANY english. I showed him a photo on my phone an he said they couldn't do it.  I explained I've had them that way MANY times and he called over the nasty woman behind the phone while said my nails were too old to shape that way....they're my nails? Like my natural nails just with the gel over them so I don't understand. Last time I came they couldn't do any matte finish or anything I asked for.  The woman was very rude then just said NO and went back to sit by the phone and yelled to no one in her native language with a very nasty tone.  They files into my nail so hard it burned and  hurt so bad I pulled my hand back three times.  The electric file continued to go wild and run around the under side of my fingers.  I am bloody and in pain and still don't have nails I wanted or like.
