I got a tanning membership (and a bottle of lotion)3 weeks before my wedding, the lady that cashed me out didn't give me correct change ($20 short). Then, I went to tan at 5:45 and they were closed, lights off no one inside. Their hours said they close at 6. There was no information that they were closing early that day. I called and messaged them about the issue because I lost a day of tanning. They did not rectify the situation.

I like Time Out, but some new gal recently cut my husband's hair..Stevie Johnson. She gave him a God awful bowl cut! He had to turn around and go elsewhere to get it fixed.

I was so nervous getting my hair cut because it was below my butt and I was going to cut it to my shoulders because of the headaches I was getting. I went and saw Erin and she was AWESOME!!!! She made me feel really comfortable and helped to make suggestions on how to layer and style my hair. She was so friendly and attentive and made sure that she did a thorough job. She ended up cutting 22 1/2+ inches and also thinned it out and I am so happy with the final result!!!!!!

Two of us went in to get haircuts. The woman cut my hair first. While cutting it, she told me my hair was "hit" and that I need to cut it all off. It's shorter than what I asked for. We get done and s...
Two of us went in to get haircuts. The woman cut my hair first. While cutting it, she told me my hair was "hit" and that I need to cut it all off. It's shorter than what I asked for. We get done and she says "$15" I hand her $25 and she puts it in her pocket. I say "Um, I just gave you $25..." she says back to me "Oh, you wanted change?" So she gives me $5 back. My brothers girlfriends hair was uneven and choppy, and another stylist literally told us that the first lady could... have fixed it had she taken scissors to it and thinned out the ends. It's $36 for the two of us to get a wash, cut and style. We just walked out with only a cut and a trim that will now need to be fixed, and we spent $35. I'm disappointed, and I won't be going back. UPDATE: We went to explain what the issue was to the owner, and I was screamed at with a finger put in my face by Nikki how we "liked" our haircuts when we left. She told us that she saw our "little thing" on Facebook and that we could have our money back and be on our way. I feel that I should clarify: After the cuts were done the first time, we went back in and told her that we didn't like them and she told us there was nothing wrong with them and sent us on our way. The disrespect and unprofessional stance on this issue will be the reason I don't ever return. See More

I was so nervous getting my hair cut because it was below my butt and I was going to cut it to my shoulders because of the headaches I was getting. I went and saw Erin and she was AWESOME!!!! She made me feel really comfortable and helped to make suggestions on how to layer and style my hair. She was so friendly and attentive and made sure that she did a thorough job. She ended up cutting 22 1/2+ inches and also thinned it out and I am so happy with the final result!!!!!!
