Came to this shop after I had just gotten my nails done at a different salon, where they botched the job. Chuck took care of me and gave me exactly what I wanted and fixed what I had gotten done. I live in sterling heights but was in canton for the day and my friend referred me here. They did an amazing job!! I haven't been this happy with my nails in a really long time! If I could give 0 stars, I would. Avoid Holly's Nails like the Plague. I went to this place simply to have a shellac manicure soaked off. I normally go to Northville Nail Boutique but it's quite a bit farther for me so I thought for a soak off I would give Holly's a try since it's closer for me. Never again. Rather than putting acetone soaked cotton on each finger and then wrapping them in foil Holly's just shoved a bowl of acetone at me for me to curl up my hand and shove the whole hand into the bowl. This is horrible for the skin and highly ineffective for removing the shellac. Honestly, as soon as I saw that they use nail drills I should have run for the hills but for some reason I thought it would be ok. Nope!! After soaking for about 10 minutes (not long enough) the woman (who didn't speak ANY English) picked up my hand roughly and started using the drill to remove the shellac. She drilled so much that you could see the skin through what was left of my nail beds. The skin around my nails was cut and bleeding in a few spots from the drill as well. Then she did the WORST manicure I have ever gotten. The polish she put on didn't even last 24 hours before it was chipped so badly that I had to take it off. It took 6 months for the damaged nails to completely grow out before I could grow healthy nail again. I tell everyone I know to stay far, far away from this place!! I shouldn't have waited to put a review on Yelp. A friend of mine just told me she got the worst pedicure ever from Holly's the other day and I thought that if I had put my review out here maybe I could have saved her the trouble. So here it is. I have been going to Holly's Nails for over 8 years now, I am a regular customer and have a standing appointment every two weeks.  It was recommended by a friend and I was so happy, that I never left.  They are always very welcoming, do an amazing job (I get shellac) and a pedicure and I have even convinced my husband to go.  He has been going with me for the past few years and loves it.  I cannot say enough wonderful things ~ everyone there is so friendly.  LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Holly Nails!!!!!! Best nail place around! I'm all the way from wixom but drive out here just because they do such a quality job at normal prices! 25 for shellac manicure and it lasts! A lot of places over change and the nails end up chipping after a week. Holly nails last up to 3 weeks most times! They have a huge selection of colors and sparkles! I rarely write a poor review but I'm still in pain from the cut I got on my big toe from a pedicure at Holly's Nails today. My nail tech was Vietnamese (nothing wrong with that) and spoke almost no English at all (very inconvenient). I was going to get a manicure too, but I was nervous after the first injury so I just had her do a polish change. It wasn't any better than I can do myself, so basically I wish Inhad saved the cash and given myself a mani/pedi. I'm just hoping the cut doesn't get infected! Read Less

I went to Holly's as a walk in and had a great experience.  My manicurist was named Lam and she did a very careful job making sure my dark Shellac color looked just right.  My mani has lasted longer than ones done at other salons.  The decor at Holly's is fresh and clean.  Prices are good too.  I'll be back! While the place may seem nice and upscale, they have HORRIBLE customer service. I just moved to the Canton area not too long ago and decided to give this place a try. I went in for a shellac manicure, and granted it was a Saturday, naturally very busy. I was barely acknowledged when I walked in and once I was, it was just to have a seat. The lady who did my nails never said hello, hi, bye, thank you, nothing. And when I left, $25-something later, plus tip, it was a half ass job and lasted barely a week! Since then, I have given them 2 more tries to impress me and each time was worse than the time before. The staff is very rude and all together, a very unpleasant experience. Never again will I go there and would strongly discourage anyone else from going there as well! Read Less
