I had been going to them for years until I went on a busy afternoon. I wanted a pedicure and a full set. The lady who did my feet didn’t even scrub them. She literally put them in water and I tried to explain this multiple times. So... when security arrived asking what had happened they FINALLY listened and she replied “no I didn’t scrub “ so he offered her to scrub them for me and I refused and left. They don't care about the quality they just care about how many people they get done. They overcharge and make up their own prices off the top of their heads. One week I went in for a shellac it cost $21 and two weeks later it cost $25.🙄 They blamed the shellac peeling on my toes my fault but it was really theirs due to poor installment. Just Horrible! My mother's shellac had to be done twice because the lady was holding a child at the same time, and I left without any polish on my toes because they were taking so long. I had to laugh when he asked me for $75 at the end for 2 pedicures (again 1 wasn't even completed). He said $20 for 1 shellac. I will never go there again! Dirty and a waste of time. Read Less
