I went to the owner last time because I couldn't wait for her and he was rude, he did a horrible job on my nails. Rushed me out of there so he could move on to the next person who was a set of acrylic nails. I got gel Polish and he painted up to my cuticle so I have sharp edges that catch on everything. I have been going to this place for at least 2 years maybe longer.  I make appointments for my mother and myself and recently a friend of my mother's.  We couldn't make our appointment which was on a Monday at 9:30 because my mother was very ill.  I called to cancel the appt. and reschedule. Of course they are never in on time so that you can talk to a human being so I left a message and my phone number so they could call me back to reschedule.  So we went in on Thursday since my mom was feeling better.  We were treated rudely and told we couldn't make appts. anymore because we were a no show and didn't let them know.  I told them that I called, but they didn't return my call.  Their reply was that we don't listen to the answering machine you have to talk to some one in person.  Why have the machine then?  We have had to wait everytime we make our 9:30 appts. for anywhere from 20-45 minutes.  They don't seem to care about your time.  Why make a 9:30 appt. if you are not going to be there.  Your store hours state 9:30 - whenever.  Don't make 9:30 appts. if you are not going to be there.  I was a loyal customer, but no more.  They don't care about the customer at all.  They are always on their phones texting, taking phone calls, or watching game shows. It seems to be hit or miss with this place.. the women seen to do a better job then the men (although the guy in the back has done my nail & does pretty good) Just recently had the owner do pink & white fill, he was not very detail orientated & got aggravated when I asked him to fix the pink that I could see That was supposed to be white & to paint the entire nail with clear. He also asked what my job was because I was too detail orientated. Well duhhhh, dont ya want your nails to look good? I will NEVER go to this place again!! EXTREMELY RUDE SERVICE!! Does not keep appointments, whats the point in making an appt if i still have to wait 45min-hour. Most of them are not good, and Nancy, one of the owners, is extremely rude!! Im done giving my hard earned money to people that obviously don't know how to run a PROFESSIONAL business. The older male employees are rough and rude (every one of them) and I am considering a lawsuit for consistent verbal abuse and injury to my thumb ( I told them to be careful and it was ignored). One of them apologized and gave me a discount for being so rude, so it is not my imagination.. The female manager will not acknowledge my complaints and just said to have the girl employees do my nails instead. I notice they don't act this way to younger females (my daughter goes there) but I am a senior citizen and this experience made me wonder if it's a cultural issue.  One of my older friends said she experienced them "talking down to her". When I went there for the first and LAST time I asked for the 10 DOLLAR manicure on my own nails and they charged me 17 DOLLARS! For what reason? Idk. They even had me pay before they did my nails. The guy who was doing my nails cut my thumb bad. And it has been over a week and my nails look disgusting . It only stayed on for a day and a half. This was the fist time I ever got my nails done and it was horrible. They continuously kept stopping to do whatever. I would highly suggest NOT to go here. Read Less
