I came here once before when I was visiting family nearby over the summer. It was excellent that visit, even with many clients. This time the visit was rushed and the place was not the clean oasis I remembered 6 months ago. There were nail clippings all over the floor near the pedicure area and nail drying table. The indoor/outdoor carpeting was separating at the seams and the chair I was offered for a pedicure had tape residue on it as well as no working massage feature like the other empty chairs in the row. The male owner of the store rushed my visit and did a poor job on my full set. I am having my nails to slowly start popping off already and it's only been three days. I asked him a question about one of the nails he messed up while he was working on my other hand and ever since that question he gave me an attitude and the quality of his service went down drastically. I go here all the time.  They are fast and good at their job.  I rarely encounter a wait time.  I can always go next door to grocery shop if they get backed up.   Friendly service, reasonable prices.  The owners speak perfect English and are very hard working, open 10 hours a day, 6 days a week.   Tasteful decor, comfortable massage chairs, clean salon.  I can be in and out with a shellac french mani/spa pedi in less than an hour. Went in to get one of my acrylics fixed last week. It was a simple fix and i was in the area, so I just stopped in, instead of driving all the way to my usual spot. The woman who started on me left and attended to another customer and the man who took over was rude as I tried to make conversation and I had to explain what I wanted multiple times. He filed the nail too short, the wrong shape, and uneven and waved on the nail bed itself. How hard is it to understand? There are 9 other examples right in front of you. Finally, I picked a color. He painted a nail, I decided I didn't like the color and grabbed one I was much happier with. It was SUCH an inconvenience for him to repaint. One nail 'fix' and a Polish was $11. I'm very sorry I wasted my time and money here. Very rude people, agreed on a price and then charged more, made my strong nails thin because they filed them too much, I had to cut them all off a week later. I wanted to get a set of acrylics with polish. The guy did the acrylic really good and it looked fine and then I went and picked a nail polish for my nails to be painted. Then a girl came over and painted my nails and when she painted them she painted on my skin too like all over the skin surrounding my nail looking as if a 10 year old was painting their nails.She took a q tip and put it in nail polish remover and then started removing the excess nail polish that she painted on my skin. The thing was is that I chose a dark blue so even when she was taking it off the nail poliah stained the skin around my fingers. If I wouldve known that they were going to paint my nails like that I wouldve just left after the acrylic and painted them myself.I went to school the next day and my friend asked if i did my nails and I told her that I had gotten them done and she didnt even believe me because they didnt look professional due to all the stained finger skin around my nails. It took about 4 days of showers and washing hands for it finally go away, after that was gone my nails looked good. Read Less

Worst pedicure I ever got, she burnt my toe with drill..no apology..finished entire pedicure in 10 minutes and painted skin on my toes, and she was the owner. I will never come here again. Awful..just awful! Read Less

This place is owned by a very nice couple who are both great at pink & whites and pedicures. I haven't had anything else done by them so I can't comment on the rest of their services. The place is nice and clean and their prices are reasonable. Read Less
