I would give this zero stars if I could. I went in to get gel done I had previous had dip on my nails. For one they tried taking it off with nail polish remover and not acetone. They cut my nails way to short, after I had been working for months to grow them out. They were going to put the gel on with my nails all crooked, so I asked them if they could make them straight and she said they were fine. I didn’t feel comfortable so I told them to just charge me for what they did so far, I paid $15 for them to ruin my real nails.

Had a shellac manicure done today and it looks like I have a weeks worth of regrowth already. Not close to the cuticle at all.

I go here for " gelish" nails. They do a beautiful job for $30 + tip. They are friendly, but busy. Best to make an appointment. I've also been happy with their pedicurez.

I went in to get a fill the woman was very rude said she was to busy and to come back another day so i drove to jackson went to maries nails best place ever i am now a regular.

Made an appt a couple months ago. Got there and she asked what I needed done. Told her I wanted a full set. She said she was to busy for that and I would need to come back later. Maybe she should've asked what I needed on the phone instead of wasting my time and going all the way there? On top of it... super rude and unprofessional. Went to a place in Adrian instead.
Last week I decided to give them another chance. Maybe she was just having a bad day that other day? Wrong. Called to make an appt. It was a simple question. "What is the latest appt I can get today?" She acted like she was so annoyed that she had to speak to a potential customer. Someone who would've been a loyal regular customer. She was one of the rudest women I've ever dealt with. For absolutely no reason besides that I was asking for an appt.
I have NEVER written a bad review on any business, but this left such a bad taste in my mouth that I had to put my experience out there. They might want to think about hiring someone who knows how to professionally and kindly answer phones and make appointments? Or maybe they are doing so great that they have no need for any additional clients? Either way... the super friendly employees at the salon I ended up going to in Adrian got great tips from me and a regular customer now.

I've been coming here for years they use to be good but now they have new owners they are a joke Everytime you go in to get your nails done they never have time to help you there always to busy and ask you to come back another day and when to call for an appointment there rude I guess after driving her 4 at a 45 min drive it's time to find a new nail place

Jennifer does a fabulous job! I always make an appointment whenever I go to a salon and Dream Nails is no different...I walked in at 10 and Jennifer was waiting for me. She is a hard worker and very thorough and was so meticulous with my cuticles. My nails look great a week later and I will be going back! Thanks, Jennifer!

I have had Manis and Pedis all over the world, and this was the best. Here in little Brooklyn MI. She took such care and even now my nails look like I just walked out. I know they moved here from Bost...
I have had Manis and Pedis all over the world, and this was the best. Here in little Brooklyn MI. She took such care and even now my nails look like I just walked out. I know they moved here from Boston, so that explains their skill. My only negative comment is that there are only 2 people, and it's hit or miss. I waited 30 minutes but I didn't mind because I was on vacation. Others walked in and were told to come back later or asked if they could wait. Be prepared to wait.

I would give this zero stars if I could. I went in to get gel done I had previous had dip on my nails. For one they tried taking it off with nail polish remover and not acetone. They cut my nails way to short, after I had been working for months to grow them out. They were going to put the gel on with my nails all crooked, so I asked them if they could make them straight and she said they were fine. I didn’t feel comfortable so I told them to just charge me for what they did so far, I paid $15 for them to ruin my real nails.
