Lash extensions by Kelly - called to make an appt, made it very clear that I had existing lashes that needed to be removed & was told they'd let the girl know yet when I came in for my scheduled appt I was informed I could not have new lashes placed because she wouldn't have enough time to remove & put new on. Annoying but I get it so whatever I paid for removal plus tipped then had to come back to get the job done. I had an event I was working that I was wanting the lashes f...or so it was frustrating and I'm kinda shocked they would charge me full price (although I didn't ask any questions I just paid) but oh well no biggy. Came back, had the lashes applied, I love how the application looks so natural and feels weightless. You really can't tell I had anything done. Kelly did a great job & I would recommend the lash extensions to anyone considering. I would go with a more dramatic lash next time, however, because I normally wear lashes and the ones I chose (natural) are *extremely* natural looking. I've been a client of Tracey's for years and could not be happier with the quality of her services, or the services I've received from her staff. I see both Megan and Anmarie for my hair and my relationship with them both (and Tracey) extends outside of the studio. I went in for Brazilian wax 5 days before my wedding Lori assured me I would stay hair free during my honeymoon. In less than a week my hair began to grow back but the worst part is I broke out in horrendous razor burn like bumps like I've never experienced in my life. I could hardly sit down for Days. I called multiple times to see if they could give me some insight to what I was experiencing or at least some advice to bring me some comfort. My daughter and I were recently in for waxing services. We were both very disappointed. The atmosphere could have been much more relaxing. The waxing was very subpar to what we've received elsewhere with many hairs were missed. There was also confusion upon check out questioning the amount owed for the services. Hands down, amazing. I was a first time client this past weekend, and I can happily (and excitingly) say that I will definitely be a return customer! From the moment you walk in the door here, you are acknowledged and appreciated. It was so nice to be greeted with a smile and a friendly conversation. The entire place is so cute! If I could give this salon a negative review I would. I DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT recommend this salon to anyone. Extremely unhappy with my service with this salon asked to speak with the owner to express the situation and I got the manager who was unhelpful and rude. Took 4 days for the owners husband to finally call me who is not even the owner of the salon! The whole staff at this establishment are unsympathetic and rude!!! Not only did Megan do an awesome job on my color, she, and everyone else there, was so personable. Megan talked me through everything she did or put on my hair. She even gave me creative styling tips. I was curious about all of Revive's other services, so Megan gave me a tour.
