Just moved to this area and wanted to support small businesses. I went to the neighborhood hair salon. I was able to get in right away, staff seemed laid back and nice. Unfortunately the young lady that tried to cut my hair did such a bad job that she apologized through tears and the manager literally said “just don’t charge her” and then left. I was left with no choice, I had to go to my regular salon and hour away and get the same haircut a man would have. I know it’s just hair and it’ll grow back. After five years of chemo I was finally getting some length to my hair. It was just below my ears. I know that doesn’t seem like it’s very long but to somebody who lost all their hair, it was long enough for me. I’m not sure if this young lady has her license -please learn how to cut hair. I went here to get color and an asymmetrical bob and brought my daughter so she could get a manicure. When I arrived, I noticed my hair stylist was a little young but that didn't bother me.  When she brought the samples of color to show me, she had no artistic input. Further more she did not have any input on color for me at all. So I ended up choosing on color. Whatever,  the color turned out fine. I mean I wasn't calico or anything. Then she went on to cut my hair. Let me say, my bob turned into a triangle head short hair cut. All of the bulk was at my neck. It was one of the worst cuts I've ever gotten. My daughter got a regular manicure and polish, by the end is the day, the nail polish was so thick it was peeling off. My husband went in on Valentine's day for a manicure. He was very disappointed. He states they made him feel rushed and as if he were an inconvenience. He said she  didnt even clean under his nails and he still had rough edges. Would give zero stars if I could. Read Less

I felt like I was an inconvenience when I walked into the salon. I was told they take walk ins  but there was a lot of question if there was time for me. I wpuld rather she have said that they had other appointments and ask me to schedule later that day or later in the week. I walked in and the door was open but there wasn't an employee in sight. I waited for at least 10 minutes until someone came out of the back. My gel polish started chipping within a week. The manicure was ok but not great. I hope they work on customer service. Read Less

Went in for a basic manicure was not satisfied. My cuticles where not softened before being cut which lead to pinches and bleeding. There was so much paint applied to them they couldn't dry. My nail polish had to be removed as soon as I got home :( Read Less

I absolutely love coming here. The salon is cozy and fresh with lovely copper bowls for your feet. Britany does my facials, lashes and brows and she does a terrific job! My manicures and pedicures last and I simply feel amazing when I leave. The only place to feel pampered! Oh, and all three ladies, Diana, Tanya and Britany speak perfect English!
