This place is fantastic. I went for the first time and got a shellac mani. There was no wait (it was around 5:30 on a Thursday) and the whole appt took about 30 mins. Prices were very reasonable and I found the polish selection to be good. The best part is, the work is perfect. I am OCD and usually don't bother having my nails done because I always find something I don't like, or they aren't quite even. Not this time, everything was flawless. I highly recommend going here! I wanted to love this place because it is a one minute drive from my office. And I'll probably be back because it is so convenient, but as someone who has gotten her nails done at many different places, this manicure was adequate but not great. The polish selection was good. The people were nice. The whole thing took about 15 minutes (a plus in my book) but the polish looked a little sloppy, and she didn't do much to actually trim or shape my nail. Read Less

I really like this place. I rarely have to wait. Most of them do a great job. The parking lot is easy. Conveniently located. Only issue is there isn't too much of a polish selection. If you bring your own, then you are fine. Also no cute top coats. I'm a fan of glitter. Read Less

The staff is very nice and they can do a shellac manicure and pedi in just over an hour. Now that's service!Only downside is that they don't have a very large selection for shellac. They kicked me out of the chair the moment my toenails were done to accommodate patrons who'd just walked in.I'm sorry, but I'm here to relax.  You could've given me 5 minutes to let my nails dry. If I could give zero stars I would. I walked in and not one person said hello, asked what service I was there for.. I stood there for 10 minutes before I finally asked someone how long the wait was, even though they had people available to provide one. Some woman said she had an appointment, but that the lady didn't show up. She continued to sit and try calling the woman over and over, still not paying me any attention. Finally another woman said..."why don't you help her, she's standing here now?" And the lady STILL ignored me. It wasn't until I walked out and got in my car, that the lady ran outside up to my door asking me to come in. What horrible customer service, I would never give that place a dollar of my money. This was such a 50/50.  Cute, clean place that takes walk ins and appointments.  Friendly staff, affordable pricing, and they're fast.  Mani and pedi done in under an hour.  Which isn't good for everyone.  4 hand smudges and 2 toe smudges after 2 total hours of drying time.   I wouldn't go back unless I had shellac. Friendly staff and clean salon. I went in for a mani and pedi and was seen promptly. My nail technician was very accommodating- making sure the water temperature was comfortable, asking if I wanted anything to drink, etc. The pedicure chairs were comfortable and the magazine selection was nice. I made a reservation here but when I arrived, I still had to wait so I didn't understand how a reservation helped me save time. I would have liked a more relaxing, upscale environment for the price. The technician was a bit sloppy were her application of the polish. Went here the other day as a walk in and they accommodated me quickly. Salon was pretty with chandeliers and girly but neat and tidy decor. It was also busy and the other half dozen patrons jabbered away at each other so they seemed to all be regulars. I wanted to give this place a good review, but my technician didn't speak any English and didn't listen to any requests I made. Dry manicure? She 'no understand' and dunked my hands in water anyway. Dry pedicure? Forget about it. Of course, my pedi chipped the very next day and my gel manicure lifted and peeled after 6 days when I normally get at least 2 weeks. Dropped on to have a mani/pedi based on other Yelp reviews and was not disappointed. Staff is exceptionally friendly and seemed to know all of the other customers like they were old friends. Sadly this is a drive from Novi but I had such a great experience I may consider making a trip to Birmingham a habit just for a mani/pedi. Read Less

This is the best nail salon I've ever been to. I've been having Aoy do my nails for the past 10 years and every time, I'm impressed. I went to this salon today for a manicure and Sam did it. I was almost immediately put off when she asked me if I bite my nails. I don't. She then began yanking at my cuticles and then said "Oh, sorry - did that hurt"? I told her yes, and she went on to tell me that "some people like their cuticles cut". Yes, that is part of a manicure, however, yanking them off to the point of bleeding, isn't. She then proceeded to sneeze. Hey, it happens, however, when you are giving an manicure and sneeze into your hands, you wash your hands. NO EXCEPTIONS. She did not do so and continued with the job. When she asked me to wash my hands, she still hadn't washed her own, and all I could think of was - how awful will she feel if I have to ask her to wash her hands?!?!?! SO DISGUSTING. I thought, "what is the point of me washing my hands, to leave with her germs all over me, especially after the massage. Too bad for SUCH a nice place.
