I went to this salon today for a manicure and Sam did it. I was almost immediately put off when she asked me if I bite my nails. I don't. She then began yanking at my cuticles and then said "Oh, sorry - did that hurt"? I told her yes, and she went on to tell me that "some people like their cuticles cut". Yes, that is part of a manicure, however, yanking them off to the point of bleeding, isn't. She then proceeded to sneeze. Hey, it happens, however, when you are giving an manicure and sneeze into your hands, you wash your hands. NO EXCEPTIONS. She did not do so and continued with the job. When she asked me to wash my hands, she still hadn't washed her own, and all I could think of was - how awful will she feel if I have to ask her to wash her hands?!?!?! SO DISGUSTING. I thought, "what is the point of me washing my hands, to leave with her germs all over me, especially after the massage. Too bad for SUCH a nice place. I have seen other people there who were great, and don't think I will ever go back after today. Read Less
