They're usually okay, but they still have nearly no idea what theyre doing sorry.. I usually get my nails done here and they're alright but i kusy got them done here a few days ago and they filed one side super curved, and the other straight on every nail. One time one of the guys working completely ripped off my thumb nail bc he didn't realize til after all the acrylic was on that it was crooked and he just ripped it off! I tried to fix the nails myself but they were just so messed up i couldn't. They alsp cut my figers with the drill multiple times, left with my thumb bleeding. And one hand, all the nails are noticably shorter than the other side.. I could so my own nails better than this. They use the file drill on your natural nail beds and cut your nails with scissors, im pretty sure thats not right.. Their prices would be about right if they did a good job. Read Less

They did a terrible job on my nails, they aren't lined up correctly, my nails bled during and looks messy like a 4 year old did them. They look very unprofessional and the lady was very rude. poop poop poop Read Less

I will never go there again!!! I had a dance to attend so I wanted a pedicure. They were busy but i was first in line after the people they were working on. I was scrolling through my phone looked up and 2 woman that came in together after me was seated for a pedicure. I told the guy hey i was before her and he said ok. Then nothing. They were soaking and i was never sent to a chair. So when he walked by i quietly told him excuse me but I was here before the girls you seated. He looked at the sign in sheet and i showed him my name. Then he said ok. I figured even though he had them soaking he would do mine first. NOPE. He went over a few minutes later and started their nails!!! If i hadnt been there for already an hour and needed them done for the dance i would have left. Just when I was going to leave anyway the 2 girls working finished and one asked everyone who is next so i told her well its me but people are being done before me but yea... i need a pedicure. She was nice and spoke good english and asked the guy about it and she said he thought i was waiting for her??? No the hell he didnt cause I told him TWICE!!! Then my pedicure was rushed and she didnt even use the scrapper. I asked her about it and she said state law says they are not suppose to. Ive never not had a pedicure without that but ok. Terrible, asked for a pedicure, the water is basically cold! Did a halfa*^ job through the whole service. No cleaning under my toenail just grazed the cuticle tool over my nail didn't even attempt to push them back. Then the paint job is the worst I have ever received!! The worst part about it is that I took my daughter and I told them this was her first time getting her nails done she just wanted her fingernails and her toenails painted, and they completely pushed us to the side and ignored us!! She's walking around with her shoes and socks off and her nail polish in her hand and they did another guy's pedicure right after mine didn't say OK I'll be just a minute for your daughters nails so I ended up painting her nails right in front of them! In the meantime I ask another nail technician he could paint her nails and her toenails and he's walking around on his phone doing personal business just smiling at me like busy busy!! Renaye asked one of the people if I could pay for my pedicure and they of course look at the other guy who did my nails are like oh 26 so he came up took my $30 and he looked at me and said thank you and I just stood there and waited until he brought my change because I was not going to give him a tip at all!! When we were leaving of course everyone was smiling at us saying so sorry so sorry But it was too late! Worst experience ever. Filed into my cuticle and my nails are way too wide and too short. Don't look anything like nails. Never going there again. And didn't know how much I was actually paying until they were done. Prices say $23 and up. Read Less

This must be a training facility on how to do bad acrylic nails! First of all the person doing my nails spoke zero english, and I mean zero! Once he started he piled on acrylic like crazy, then started to file it down.  At that point he cut my finger proceeded to cut another went back to the first and cut it again!  At that point I left, but was asked to pay first by one of he other "techs" that did speak english.  It took me several hours of filing at home to get them to an acceptable thickness.  Save your time a money!
