As I'm reading through the reviews I'm shocked. I have been coming here for about 2 years. I actually left the place I had gone for the 10 years, because their work is so much better. I get the gel polish and it's great and NEVER chips or lifts. I do get a manicure every time because having your nails clean and clear is critical with gel polish. I got acrilic nails and the color is great but the shape as long is different for each nail. I wanted a turtle painted on one nail and a got something that looked like a spider. Plus it bumped the price up way more than I thought My friends not are the same at all, way different lengths and shapes and the paint job was horrible. My pedicure was good though Read Less

Quit going because the place is disgustingly dirty and they never clean it. It just kept getting worse. When I got my nails done, they would use the same towel they had used on the client before and use the same utensils without cleaning. They used to be really good but now it seems like they are all just tired and don't care anymore. Not good work anymore. Read Less

Paid $30+ to get gel nails and the lady was in such a hurry missed half of all my nails and it's only been 3days and they've chipping! I paid extra for the gel to make sure that wouldn't happen! I called to see if I could come in to get them redone for free and she said the reason they r chipping is cuz I didn't pay for a manicure! I paid 30+ it better stay on! I hate to leave this kind of review but I'm doing it in hopes someone else can avoid having a massive ingrown toe infection.Went here last week and the "nail tech" completely butchered my toe nails during my pedicure. My nails are ruined and now I get to face chance of dr office visit removing the nail. Will not ever be going here again. Also, after she used the callous remover which was for sure used before me she just "rinsed them" off with soap?? Water?? Maybe?? While doing my pedicure she went down each side of my nails all the way to the bed and stripped up my nails and also rounded them so now I get this to deal with 4 days before being the maid of honor in my sisters wedding. I was going there for about a year. I loved it, the prices were good. But my last time I was there, which was only 2 1/2 months ago, one of the gals was doing a terrible job and ended up cutting the side of my finger that lead to me getting a staff infection. That lead to several runs to the ER because of it! They are definitely carrying STAFF infection there! Sense they aren't very clean and I KNOW they don't clean there brushes or products, if they cut you then you'll be getting that staff infection as well.Read Less
