I watched them go people to people without sterilizing their equipment or tools, one of the guy clipped his own nails while i watched his nail clippings go everywhere and into the drawer, then he proceeded to use a file and then throw everything back into the drawer. Service was rude and quick, the employees dragged their feet when they walked and didn’t look happy at all. The guy who did my moms nails also argued with her about how she liked them until she gave up telling him they were the wrong shape. And the guy who was doing my nails kept slapping my hands because they weren’t relaxed when they were? Then proceeded to laugh like it was a joke.. I went there this morning to get my toe nails and fingers gel painted. To make a long story short the little small girl that always seems to have an attitude told me that it will be a long wait for a design, I said okay. Then the guy came over and I told him what I wanted, he said how much it would be and I said oh, the price went up. Not a problem because I wanted my nails done, the girl started trying a argue with me, I don't argue with people so I ignored her and only talked with the guy well, since I wasn't arguing back with her she told the man to tell me to get out. My friends and I made an appointment for a mani-pedi a week before prom. The person we talked to confirmed this appointment over the phone. We come in the day of prom, and they say–rudely might I add–that our appointment does not exist because they didn't write it down. Now we had to wait way longer than necessary, and eventually, we just left so we could make it to our other appointments for the day. Very poor customer service. Read Less
