it’s a walk-in, no appointment necessary. i walked in and no one greeted me, but i just sat down anyway. there were a couple people before me & 30 minutes later i was in a chair. the lady i had was singing and in a good mood, i showed her the nails i wanted and the shape and she said okay and itll be $45 before we even got started so i knew the cost right away (acrylic with gel and a design). she accidentally gave me coffin shaped nails (i usually do stiletto which are really pointy) and she realized her mistake and told me she can still change them but they’ll be a little shorter so she’ll take $5 off. the woman who did my design seemed a little rushed and laughed that it wasn’t perfect (the design were little daisies on my ring finger). customer service is a little bad but my nails still turned out really cute. i’m not from michigan, and my usual place is $45 without a design so i think they had a pretty good price & id go again. only rated 4 stars because my nails are shorter than my usual & the girl who painted the design rushed it

Had a poor experience there. I asked what gel would cost for a full set, seeing regular for a mani/pedi is $37. The lady said, "40." I asked three times if that was mani and pedi combined and she said yes. The lady doing my nails was more focused on the tv or other's conversations. Then came time to pay...$65?!?! I asked and she argued with me, so I gave up and said, "Must have been my misunderstanding." Then when she handed me my receipt to sign, she hovered so I felt bad and had to leave a tip. Annnnnnd, she painted my toes, especially, very poorly. Plus my feet are so dry, drier than when I went in. Plus, she cut my nails way too short, without asking. I would go elsewhere if I were you. Nice people, bad experience.

The lady who was doing my nails cut my finger and acted like it was funny her acrylic job was trash too but it doesn’t even matter because never again!!!✌🏾😡😭

Richard's work is very clean and neat. And he finishes in a timely manner. The wait is out of control at times but you have to expect that with places that accept walk ins.

I called ahead to see if I needed a reservation. I didn't so I wandered in. It's inside the mall and feels more like a hole-in-the-wall nail salon than a spa-type salon. I was given a seat at the pedicure chair immediately but soaked for over 45 minutes before my pedicure began. I wasn't in a hurry so that was fine but I feel that I should have been told that there would be a wait. The lady next to me was very irate because she had to be somewhere. My pedicure was fine. The massage part was not as good as I've had at most other places- short and weak. If I just needed my nails done, I'd come here. If I was looking to relax in the process with good ambiance and quality massage, I'd go elsewhere.

Reader be forewarned that I'm from L.A. and am used to nail salons on every corner; super competitive pricing; extreme hygiene care so to me this salon is "meh". It's hard to find a good salon in this part of Michigan so I am trying different ones but I struggle to rate salons positive that don't make hygiene a priority. I never saw them scrub the foot tubs after use or treat their nail tools. Pretty gross. I think this was a one time experience.

Truly the ONLY place to get a pedicure in Berrien County. For the past few years, I've put up with mediocre to just plan bad pedicures in this area just to stay well-manicured. It had gotten to a point where it felt like getting a pedicure felt like a chore (but hey, a girl's got to look good in sandals, right?). Thankfully, I noticed Top Nails on a recent trip to the AT&T store across the hall and decided that I would give it a try--and thank god I did.My pedicure was absolutely heavenly and my feet are probably the softest they've ever been. It wasn't enough that the service was quality, but the staff is very conversational and easy to communicate with. They don't pull any BS charges with the massage chair, either, which is almost unheard of. The prices are on par with other local salons (maybe a few dollars higher) but the quality is unmatched. Be prepared to want to tip very well. I had given up hope on ever getting a decent pedicure north of Florida ever again, but Top Nails seriously restored my belief in the power of a perfect pedi.

Great service. First time getting a pedicure and it was great. The staff is very friendly and far more cheerful than I could ever be when touching feet all day. Massage chair during foot work was very good. Very reasonable price for pedicure and service was certainly big-tip worthy. I will be back every chance I get.

Great service. First time getting a pedicure and it was great. The staff is very friendly and far more cheerful than I could ever be when touching feet all day.
