Went there today to get a fill-in and needed two nails soaked off. The lady I was originally waiting for had to many people ahead of me so I just went to the guy. He starts by cutting the wrong nail then he left me soaking for over twenty minutes because instead of doing my other hand he wanted to play on his phone. After I told him it was soaked off he rudely tells me "it's not ready" he takes his sweet time to come see that it was. Needless to say I was done at that point paid my $3 dollars and left. The male technician (Sonny) was either texting on his phone or watching football the whole time he was doing my nails. He got distracted by something on his phone at one point and forgot to finish putting a third coat on the last few nails on my left hand. He then began to put the top coat on without even curing the three nails he HAD done. On top of all that the glitter polish on my nails looked patchy. I have been to this place three times. They are very slow but it is close to home. My last visit I specifically asked the nail tech Sonny if they used the dipping powder for nails. He said yes. That is what I already had on my nails. He said they did not have a lot of colors. When he started on my nails I made the comment that he was doing the process different. He did not have me dip my nails in the powder. Instead he dipped the brush into the powder. He said it was easier that way. I said ok. Then I told him it looked different. He asured me that it was the same. After I left I couldn't get this put of my head. I called back the next day and spoke with the manager. She told me that they do not offer dipping powder. I wanted to know why Sonny was deceptive. The manager, Kim, said that I must have been satispied because I paid for it. I wasn't asking for my money back. Just bad....I got a fill and shellac polish...and the polish was chipping off of my nails the next day! It's been 2 days now and I was able to PEEL the shellac off of all of my nails. The place was empty when I went in...now I know why! Read Less

Horrible! Two techs were fighting over who got the next customer, there were two of us who came in at the same time. I nodded to the other lady and the two techs started bickering loudly in non-English.While they were fighting it out, I noticed the place was very dirty.  Towels on one person were threadbare and grimy. I scheduled an appointment here because it was close to my house, what a dumb idea. I walked in it was small and dingy and there were only 5 very worn out pedicure chairs. I was told to pick out my polish color and to take a seat. I was directed to a chair that was missing half of the fake leather on it. When I leaned back there was no padding in the chair and I could feel every single piece of metal inside of the chair. I can't say how the actual pedicure was because I got up and left, I am not a snotty person but I get pedicures as a method of relaxation and didn't want to end up with foot fungus and a trip to the chiropractor! Terrible terrible.The lady who did my eyebrows waxed the top and bottom at the same time and ripped out nearly all of them.A different woman who did my pedicure cut my toe nails so close that it was painful and then didn't remove the cuticles all while screaming and yelling at two different people in another language.My feet are covered in nail polish and my eyebrows are gone.  I left before they could do my manicure because I was afraid they would screw that up too. This business derserves a "NO" star rating!Early FEB., 2011 I walked in on a whim to get my eybrows arched before going to work,only to find a few hours later of Eyebrow ITCHING, broken SKIN, an 2 BLACK EYES!!!I walked in ask them what did they use, and the lady explained, and I compared their product with the product being used where i normally go, and have no problems.Only to find out the difference was thatthis place didn't use HAND SANITIZER!!!!BEFORE the ARCH.WHO DOES THIS????!!!Now it's early May, 2011.I still have shadow marks under my brow arch area and I am very livid!!START ASKING FOR RECEIPTS IN THESE TYPEPLACES.
