I have been going to Belle nails for a couple months now and i have never been disappointed with my service. Andy is my go to guy! He knows I love them long and pointy and he gives me just that! This place is a little gem in Belleville. Service was great! I am very ticklish. My technician, please forgive me I cannot remember her name, was very gentle and Fabulous. I was here yesterday evening at 5pm. It was not that busy when I came in. I asked how much of a wait for a manicure and a pedicure. I was told a couple minutes. A couple of minutes go by, I was still sitting there, but I didn't think much of it and just kept waiting. 15 minutes later, I'm still waiting. I started to get impatient, but wasn't rude about it. I asked how much longer of a wait, and I was told 10 more minutes. A half hour goes by, nobody said one word to me about my manicure/pedicure. I've decided I had enough, and left. No clue why they have a high rating. Dirty salon...nail station and pedicure chairs... Charged for services i asked for but never provided and nails popped off within a week Took my daughter here because i was looking for a mommy daughter day...worst nail place ever...yes they have a dirty old pedicure chair for kids...but went once expecting to keep going..... I paid for a full set...pedicure and manicure..for me For her...pedicure and manicure...however what they did was a full set...with nails popping off less than a week later...a pedicure and no manicure for me.. She did not get anything close to a manicure...they actually added my nail polish brought from home on to her nails at thr chair doing a half attempt at a pedicure.. I noticed right away that she was using a nail file that had not been cleaned previously, I asked her about it and she told me that they use the same one on people. I did ask her to get a clean one and she went in the back and got a different one so I assumed it was a clean one but I'm not sure. Also, the tools that she used on my nails were not in a sealed bag. The bag was already open when I got there, so I'm not sure if she used those on someone else before me. She seemed very lax about it when she said they use the same file on people, and even seemed annoyed that I asked for a clean one. Just left this place for the first time and the reviews here are accurate. Every nail technician was super friendly and patient. Personally, I made an appointment on their website. When I showed up they knew who I was, what I wanted and were ready to see me right away. A man arrived to work on my nails. I was a little nervous at first but he was gentle and very patient. I messed up the polish on one of my toes while walking over for my manicure and he fixed it up without issue. He took his time on my hands and feet and all of my nails look amazing. A full hour for my pedicure and half an hour for my manicure. My time was not cut short by other customers coming in. My feet are soft and I am a very happy new customer. I've went here for years and never had a problem until the last three times I've went so the first incident was the lady was making comments about my hands cuz I bite my nails and was talk about how knobby they looked and s*** very rude the second time that same lady talking about my hands was doing somebody else's nails talking about people that bite their nails very rude that is why people go there to get their nails done, it so you can make their hands look better not be d...isrespectful towards them and the third time I go to relax to get my nails done in the lady had the audacity to ask me to take my own nail polish off as if they was busy which they wasn't there was nobody waiting she went to the back about 10 minutes and then came back to finish my nails highly disappointed that's what I came in there to pay you for it is to take my nail polish off and for me to relax to get my nails done oh and to top it all off they love to be answering phones while they're supposed to be attending to you. This is my go to place since 2007. I love Kelly, Mimi and Sam. There is a guy that that is completely rude and I will not let him touch my feet or hands. He's made my kids bleed with pedicures, and my older daughter who is 20 received Christmas money and wanted a full set of nails. Of course being young, she doesn't speak up for herself. And she ended up with the asshole. He got mad because her hands weren't dry enough after washing, then got made because he ASSUMED she wanted French tip then got mad when she wanted color and made her bleed. It is not Kelly's husband I'm referring to, its some other douche. Stay away from him. I'll be addressing this with them next weekend when I go for my fill! Read Less

I went in for Mani Pedi and was relaxing in chair massage, foot water luke warm instead of hot, and while I was getting a pedicure, mind you I was the only one there, a gentleman starts doing my shellac nails while I am trying to relax. He put the light in my lap and was not relaxing at all and was awkward. Somehow my mani pedi that should have been $32.00 became $50.00 because I got Shelllac paint on nails... Just paint, not nails. It's close to home and the staff are polite. You need to be very clear what you want as they try to upsell you on everything.  It's cleaner and more modern than any other nail place in town so it gets a big gold star for that! Read Less

I went to Belle Nails because it was close to home. this was my first and LAST time there. I was very disappointed with the service. I went in for a shellac manicure. The service was very rushed, she stood the entire time she did my manicure and kept leaving to attend to others throughout the time i sat there. They scrimp on product. Every where else I have gotten my manicures has used OPI products, I don't know what brand she used but she only put one coat on and within 3 days the white from the French manicure started chipping and in less than a week I had 2 broken nails! They are no where near as strong as they normally are with shellac. NO conditioning, hand massage, nothing. A little lotion applied to my hands when they were done, that was it. I don't mind paying for quality service. For 30.00 I will take my business somewhere else! Just glad I did not get a pedicure as well! Read Less

Went here with a friend for a shellac manicure and unfortunately, I was very disappointed. First of all, it is not a relaxing atmosphere at all- everything is very, very rushed and unaccommodating.. she was standing as she did my nails and ran and did something else any time I'd be under the UV light. No effort for conversation or relaxation. Also, they do not use REAL Shellac... shellac is a product of CND, and they used some type of off-brand that destroys your nails. She also drilled my nails, which I've never had done for a shellac manicure before, which I did not like. It was only $25, but I don't think it was even worth that much. I was looking for a place to bring my mom and my 8 & 10 year old girls to all get our pedicures done at the same time, and at a reasonable price. A friend recommended Belle Nails and I was very happy she did! Relaxing massage chairs, Very reasonably priced for pedicures (base pedicure only $20), friendly staff, nice and clean atmosphere & I personally watched the nail tech sanitize the instruments.
