Very unsanitary, the staff is rude and unprofessional. The worst part is they messed up my nails so bad and they looked absolutely terrible. Air bubbles and the acrilic separated from 3 of my real nails in one day. And the person kept picking up there phone and texting throughout the whole time doing my nails. After being disappointed for 5 days I couldn’t stand looking at them anymore and decided to try out 5 star nails. It’s now my go to place, everyone there is so sweet and funny and they’re American so you can understand them. The girl couldn’t believe my nails looked like this and how damaged they were. I love the staff at World Nails. Vee and Nina are so sweet and funny. My (younger) sister, Barb and I, look forward to our mani/pedis every two weeks. I'm so sad that others have had such bad experiences here! I have been coming here for pedicures and the occasional manicure for years and they've always been so polite and professional. Making them aware if they've made a mistake is the only way to have them fix it. You can have something fixed without coming off as rude. I never write bad reviews but a girl has got to look after other girls when it comes to their nails. It was my first time going there, the staff was extremely friendly and it was a relatively cheap nail salon. But my nails are a wreck :( the shape isn't the same on both sides, one is further in than the other and it literally looks like a little kid learning how to stay inside the lines when coloring... I'm not the type to go back and complain and demand a refund so I didn't know what else to do other than to write a review :( I posted photos if anyone wants to look at them, my nails are the reddish maroon ones. I was in town visiting my mom and went to the mall to get my shellac nails done. What a joke! I asked they not use the electric tools on my nails. The girls asked me 3x was I sure I had shellac? Then wanted to do gel. I told her it's shellac and they are not doing this like I prefer. They stated each salon and state is different. I went here with some friends and needed to get our nails done for a wedding. Although my friend made an appointment with their sister salon, Crystal Nails which is also in the mall, when we showed up they had no idea what we were talking about and no one to help us. So they called over to World Nails and sent us there. They were packed and told us to pick out our color and they would be with us in 5-10 mins. Well, about 35-45 minutes later, after us asking about 10 times when we were going to be helped,I finally got to sit down at a station and then waited for another 10 minutes for someone to help me. She did an ok job but barely talked to me and of course tried to up sell me. When she was doing my cuticles she used an electric tool and cut one of them and made it bleed but didn't tell me (I realized after I left why my thumb still hurt). Needless to say, the location is convenient, but I do not recommend this nail salon. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. Read Less

Poor customer service... I agree with the one girl who said they are very nice in the beginning and do good then once they see you regularly they don't care as much and you will feel rushed out with a poor mani or pedi. I used to go here pretty frequently and then they got new people who have no clue how to give pedis and it became a waste of money because I was going home and doing what they didn't do. Read Less

First off, I just want to say that I've been loyal to this salon for about 2 to 3 months. I come every 2 weeks for my fill and every 4 for a pedi. They were nice at first, and then after awhile I just felt like they rushed me out. Whenever I set up an appointment, I'd still have to wait 45 min (one time I waited over an hour! ) . I get that they're busy, but my nails were looking worse and worse. And I also have to disagree with jersey s. above stating that they speak English because the last few times 2 of the girls were carrying a conversation on in Asian the entire time! I find it very suspicious that the only person with a positive review is from Westminster ca,... When I clearly remember that the entire family from this salon is from that area. Like c' mon, let's be real here at least. The service is awful, the work unacceptable, and the wait is riculous. My friends have started go to another salon (still in the mall!) right down the hall and were very happy! So guys! Take my advice! This place stinks!!! (it literally does! ) Read Less

The gel nails were pretty good but the pedicure was not what it should have been. The water bath was cold and the polish work was terrible, I'll be repainting in a day or so. Very uneven, spots were missed and the second layer was put on so thick that it looks chunky. I won't be back. Read Less

They speak English ! This place must have the best customer service compared to other salons. The nail techs are very friendly and entertaining when I got my pedicure here.
