Less than 1!!! First the front lady was extremely rude. Went in to ask if we were still on the list and she said “I don’t know” and went back to doing what she was doing. When she called people ahead of me she got pissed at me for questioning it and telling her we were on the list... she said “I didn’t know what you want. Well it is there on your list that asked about and she continued to argue with me!!! The lady doing my mani scrapped more of my fingers that my nails I will be figuring out how to post a pic of this shit job!!! This place is horrible. They laugh and talk about people and they are extremely rude. The mall closes at 8 pm and I showed up at 705 for a fill and they refused service. There was only 1 customer and 3 employees and they laughed and said come back tomorrow. I have had several other past experiences with them. Went in for shellac and manicure. Gentleman started and ruined my nails filing them so much and then went to the next person and left me sitting there. Young girl painted my nails after filing them AGAIN after telling them not to. Messed up the same nail 3 times and she left it crappy after the 3rd time. 1 week later and I am going to BC Nails to fix them because they peeled. Son got me gift Certi. dont normaly go here & i remember why I Stopped. No follow thru on your suggestions. NOT SANITARY !! To much in a hurry . My nails are bumpy to thin & to thick in diff areas . Went in to get my nails painted with Shellac, no manicure. Sat down, a man started filing my nails after I told him I wanted them to be square shape. He filed and filed, all while looking in another direction most of the time towards other customers he wasn't even servicing, and when he was done, my nails were choppy and each of them were VERY lopsided. I told the man several times throughout the process that I did not like the way my nails looked, they all needed to at least... be the same length and shape. I went into their shop with very long, natural nails like I always have, so they had plenty of room to make sure they did it right. I repeated my concerns to him a million times and each time he would just take off the SIDES of my nails, making them more narrow for some reason, even though I asked for square (that's why they're so lopsided now and I have to fix them). He ignored me after I voiced my concern again and went and got a color tray to let me pick a color. I said no, I want this corrected before we start, and he "didn't understand" what I was wanting after 15 minutes of explaining, so I just said we're done here, and walked out. I have never, EVER done that in any store, nor have I been so embarrassed in a store before. He also did not buff all my nails, just one hand. I'm not to impressed about this place went and got my nails done with a friend of mine we both got gel polish w/ acrylics on October 5th haven't had them done for over a month and I already need a fill .. nails are lifting and the gel polish is already chipping off my nails and don't get me started on the service while I got my nails done the guy was in so much of a hurry to help the next customer and was in such a rush the guy was to concerned on getting my nails done so F...ast! he kept going over my cuticles and cut my skin with the electric nail file it was a horrid experience and by far the worst nail salon I have ever been too!! I was just there today. What I saw was the manicurist siphon the acetone out of a bowl after it was used into the squeeze bottle it comes from.Never do they use sterilized equipment, heck I don't even see them clean it. Seriously, I almost was sick. Won't let them touch me! Read Less

They honestly don't deserve 1 start but it doesn't go any lower. Very disappointed! They didn't clean up the edges, or file my nails so they look extremely thick! Literally I don't know why I kept going back ! They tell me different prices throughout the whole time I get my nails done and before I come in on the phone to see prices. DO NOT GO HER! Went in for a manicure and pedicure. The Polish on my fingers only stayed on for a day, then peeled off. The pedicure my nails were cut to short and crooked. I not only got foot fungus and lost a toe nail but the lady stabbed me in the side of my foot with one of the tools and it became infected. Also, had a eyebrow wax there and the lady dropped the tweezers on the floor and put them back in the box she got them from! Horrible place, the people are very cutthroat! Rip Off! I went there, they had a sign, French Manicure, Mani and Pedi 25$. My friend and I went in, I told the young man I wanted that special, he said ok. He did my feet and then said it would  be 30 now to do my fingernails, I asked about the sign he ignored me. He then just filed my fingernails and then announced it would be 45$ to finish my fingernails. The other workers started laughing . I then went to leave without my nails done, he made me( the owner) pay 40$ before I could walk out the door. Meanwhile the workers were all laughing as I walked out. My friend stayed behind and the lady working on her nails laughed about me being ripped off and after 20 minutes my friend walked out also but she only lost 25$ without her maid being done also. 1st time getting a pedi, I have been wanting one for a long time to see what it feels like and to help with common feet wear issues from shoes and being on you're feet day in and day out for 8 to 14 hours a night. My feet feel comfy and soft and a little better plus they look refreshed and new. They got me right in and made me special for a few minutes and forget the world for a bit and ease the foot pain and stress of work and life.
