Horrible customer service!!!! First of all when I walked in the staff didn’t acknowledge me until I said something first. There were 2 staff members there working and about 4-5 customers. The male staff member said what do you need and I stated a soak off...he said we’re short staffed can you come back?? I said for a soak off??? He said yes and I replied no and walked out the door. My issue is that a soak off barely requires attention. Putting the stuff in the bowl is really all the work you have to do and the chemical does all the work. This probably would’ve taken 2 minutes. My thing is they didn’t even attempt to service me period from the time I walked in the door. If I could give them zero stars I would. I will never set foot in that place again nor would I recommend anyone else to give them any service. VIP nails shouldn’t be in service and you definitely won’t feel important there! Read Less

If i could give 0 stars I would. The man put my nails on crooked, then proceeded to argue with me as the crooked tips are pushing into my skin which was so uncomfortable. He wouldn’t give me the length of nail I wanted because he insisted longer was better, and he wouldn’t give me the shape I wanted either. He was rude, argumentative and my nails look horrendous. I've been going to this nail salon for many, many years and I love it. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The service is excellent, the place is very clean and the staff is friendly. Truthfully...they skillfully, promptly and fairly delivery an excellent service to our community. Prices are awesome, & clearly posted near reception desk. The decor is upscale & beautiful. Environment is good-hearted & friendly...i see ladies "tickled-pink" & loving the artwork on their nails so much, i just had to try it. YES! Magazine worthy elegance. French pink & white manucure is beautiful...and they have soooo many vibrant colors of shellac - very modern and innovative nail salon. Looove all of the people there, & the service is wooonderful !!! They could really charge more, yet they do not. No pressure for tipping, ever...thus i always tip. Discussing and not clean! I got an infection on my toe from this nasty place I had to go to the ER and get my toes sliced open to drain the pus from the infection and be put on antibiotics two days before my honeymoon and was unable to do certain activities and enjoy the expensive cruise that we had booked for our honeymoon! If I could post pictures I would, to show the horrific pain that was caused to me from there unsanitary establishment! I think they should be shut down! Read Less

I was visiting the area and had some free time so decided to stop for a pedicure. I chose Vp's based on these reviews which is why I'm back here writing one. I was told to choose polish and seated right away. The foot bath was lined with a plastic liner, and the water was hot. Unfortunately the gal that did my feet was quite rough and kept cutting my nails shorter than I would like. She clearly cut the big toe on my right foot causing me to say "ow!" loudly. She looked at it, the gal next to her said something harsh to her and she continued to cut it until it bled. At that point I probably should have walked out and I definitely shouldn't have let her put my bleeding door back in the bath. That afternoon and evening it was ok, as was the next day however that next night I noticed it hurting while rubbing the sheet in bed and by morning it hurt to walk, which was a big problem considering I had to travel all day.Read Less

I've been going there for about 6 yrs and I love this place. I wait for Don and sometime there's a wait but I don't care, it's well worth the wait. I love this place, they spend time on your pedicures and Don does an excellent job on my fill. I've been coming here since he has own the place, I think 6 or 7 yrs and I have gotten everything from a pedicure to my nails done to a manicure, and my eyebrows waxed. I have been to a couple places but I've returned. I am very picky at my nails and Don does them just the way I like them. I like that people can walk in there and they know them by name. Best pedicure I've ever had! Not the cushiest most luxurious place, certainly, but extremely detailed, long lasting. I'm extremely picky about my pedicures and I love that they spend A LOT of time cleaning up cuticles and dry heels. First time here. My friend and I made an appointment for a pedicure on a Friday afternoon I believe the owner answered, the phone call was kept very short and I wasn't asked a lot of details about wanting an appointment (very informal, almost annoyed on why I was making an appointment?). We got there and said we had an appointment. It is a bit awkward when entering the salon because there is no front desk or receptionist area. However, as soon as we walked in we were greeted with a friendly smile. The place was busy and had about 4-6 workers. We were there for about an hour or two and people were constantly coming in the door wanting services (I am assuming none had appointments). The pedicurists didn't tell us their names or make any conversation; however, they did put a large shower cap looking plastic thing around the pedicure bowl (my germaphobia felt at ease). However, the pedicure tools were not in packages and then my germaphobia kicked in. My girl did a good job, while my friend at times looked like she was in pain. Another worker asked if we wanted water and they were very hospitable. My friend went under the dryer for her toes and I went on to get a shellac manicure. This is where my disappointment set-in. The girl was working on filing my nails when my feet were drying from the pedicure. She did a good job with manicuring, but the biggest bummer was that the shellac only last 6 days. I have had shellac manicures in the past and they have last at least a solid week or two without chipping. Within 6 days the sides of my nails of the shellac were peeling up. The shellac manicure cost $28 and the pedicure was $28. I felt the shellac manicure should've been much less for the amount it lasted. She also only did two coats of shellac and you can see the white part of my nail because the nail needed at least another coat. Again the manicure tools were just out in the open and not from packages. The owner I believe took a customer next to me who had acrylic nails, when he was cutting her nails they were practically flying in my lap/face...slightly gross. After the manicure the manicurist took my card and I paid. However, my friend was still sitting at the dyer and no one asked her to pay. She is a good person, so obviously she went up to the girl who did her pedicure and asked to pay. The place appeared to be pretty clean and was light/bright inside. Numerous pedicure bowls and manicure stations. Another downer was there were at least two small kids (maybe 6 or 7 years old running around the salon, I am assuming they are one of the worker's kids). Not a very relaxing experience, more focus on getting the service done and getting out. Not sure if I would go back for a manicure, but if I needed a pedicure I would more than likely go back. Came here for the from out of town. Pleasantly surprised. 5 star customer service. Presented with a bottle of water on arrival. Called ahead and had no wait on a Saturday afternoon. We were in town for a family wedding and needed to get our nails done before the ceremony. We called ahead and they got 3 of us in within 15 minutes. They gave each of us a bottle if water, and did a great job on everyone's nails. I would definitely recommend this place to people in the area. Read Less

Made an appointment, when we walked in they said "hi are you beth?" and promptly took us to our chairs; NO WAIT TIME. I took my 10 year old niece in for her birthday, and her massage chair wasn't working, so they moved her to another one (offered, we didn't ask), and then gave us waters and pop. It's really difficult to find a good pedicure, at a good cost. They scraped, pumiced, pushed cuticles, trimmed cuticles, gave a great sugar scrub, lotion massage, and hot towel wrap BEFORE even painting the toes! I love this place.  The girls who run it are so friendly and always remember me and what we talked about last time I came.  They are always happy to have me walk in and when they are busy, try to work me in.  My pedicures always last at least a month and they continue to be creative on what decor they add to my toes.
