After reviewing multiple salons, I decided to go to Serenity due to its high ratings. Robin greeted me with a welcome smile and listened to my requirements keenly. Though she has 25+ years of experience, the interest she showed in knowing what kind of haircut I wanted left me pretty amazed. Robin patiently did haircut to me for 45 minutes and the result was amazing. From long hair to shoulder length cut with layers, the change over Robin did to me was more than I expected. The people over there are very friendly. I would definitely recommend Serenity salon to everyone.

Highly over rated place. Please do not visit this place if you want to have a good haircut. I visited this place recently for a haircut and I was highly disappointed by the service I received. My haircut was done by Christen, and she did a terrible job. To begin with, I had long hair and wanted to get layers done and reduce the length of my hair. I showed a picture of the kind of haircut I want to have.
The lady did a terrible job and I did not get my hair done as per my expectation. My haircut was nowhere close to the picture i showed. I guess it is not that difficult to get layers done . She just tried to finish my haircut within 15 minutes, as she had another client after me. Even though I had taken an appointment.
I plan never to visit this place again.
I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I would give a 0 star if I could. The salon called the day before to confirm my appointment & sent a confirmation email. I got to the salon for my appointment and it's closed. I stood outside and called the salon to receive zero help. All I got was "I can have the owner call you". That doesn't help get my hair done for a special occasion. Thank you SO MUCh for the amazing costumer service.

I just visited here for the first time and Trish cut and colored my hair. The salon is very nice and they have a wide variety of products. Trish was wonderful and gave me exactly what I wanted. She really listened to my preferences and was very friendly too. The price was not at all unreasonable. I will return!

I had Sara do my wedding up-do and she did exactly what I asked. But even better, it lasted all night with down/loose curls. Sara also just cut my hair and added highlights and lowlights yesterday, and I absolutely loved how it turned out. It's very natural and perfect for my face shape and skin tone. She also makes for good conversation and I can tell she really loves what she does. :) Thanks Sara!

I've worked with many salons in the metro-Detroit area within the last couple years and never have I ever been more impressed with a team of professionals. Brandon not only created an exquisite up-do, but he did it half the time it normally takes! I would recommend Brandon, Robin and their whole team for any bridal party, any occasion, for anything beauty related! I could go on and on about why they are soo great....but just go check them out for yourself!

After reviewing multiple salons, I decided to go to Serenity due to its high ratings. Robin greeted me with a welcome smile and listened to my requirements keenly. Though she has 25+ years of experience, the interest she showed in knowing what kind of haircut I wanted left me pretty amazed. Highly over rated place. Please do not visit this place if you want to have a good haircut. I visited this place recently for a haircut and I was highly disappointed by the service I received.
