I called here and asked how much a no chip manicure and a pedicure would be, I was told one price over the phone and then when I went to pay I was told it’s $60. That’s more than I would ever pay anywhere in Chicago and this mani pedi wasn’t even worth half that. The woman doing my pedi decided to make a phone call ON SPEAKER while she was in the middle of my appointment. Then, when I got my manicure they barely filed my nails, didn’t shape them like I asked so I had to ask them to fix it twice. Finally when it came down to the polish it’s uneven and they just missed parts of my nail or polished the skin on my fingers and left it or left the polish jagged and I had to file my nails myself when I got home. I will not be returning. If you want to pay $60 for a no chip and a pedi go to a spa where you’ll get better service. Read Less

So all of the reviews that say the service sucks....all correct. It's basically rude and unprofessional. I've come here 4x...just to confirm it's not just me being different with a new place. Nope....not me. They charge slightly more than their surrounding shops and do less work. Anything you ask...they can't do. Nail shaping? They don't do. Overlays? They don't do. Ombre acrylic colors...they don't do. And I'm plain Jane so anything I would ask for is simple. They barely polish...barely file...barely do anything. It's like...what is the point of being a nail shop then? I would've thought it was a race thing since Im black and I don't see many blacks when I'm there...but nope...its not a black thing...its a lazy rude thing. The lady that helped me today was literally talking on her cell phone the entire time she helped me. Its one thing to answer the business phone when people call but to be on your cell phone like nobody is around!!!! Like...she didn't even care about a tip...and I am a good tipper! Pretty expensive gel at $30...especially since they didn't do a great job of shaping my nails and they had jagged areas. Also only did 2 layers of polish, and one top coat, so they were not totally opaque. A woman started my nails and was doing a great job but then a man came and took over and I don't think he was as good. I got my upper lip waxed here. They completely burned my lip and we’re not apologetic at all. The burn is huge and looks terrible on my face. All they offered me was a 7 dollar refund. When I talked to them about contacting the owner or manager about this they lied about them not being in and would not give me their number. Absolutely terrible customer service!!! Read Less

The massage part of my pedicure was nice but my feet are still scratchy and have a lot of build up on the heels. Sloppy nail polish job too. Not sure if it was just the lady I had or a bad day. Might try again in the future but need to ask for more work on the calluses. Read Less

HUGE thank you to Cindy. My first time here and I'll definitely be back. Let me explain why...There's another Le Nails two minutes down the street off of Adams. I called that Le Nails and asked if they were open today. They said they were. I went to this one thinking it was the other one.Halfway through my pedicure I find out I was at the wrong Le Nails and this one isn't even open on Sunday and she was only here cuz a repairman was coming. I felt terrible. However, Cindy was so sweet about it and did a great job on my overworked feet. Nice polish job, good sugar scrub. The only thing I didn't like was the appearance of the spa chairs. They look VERY used.Moral of the story: make sure you're at the right Le Nails, and if it's this one, you'll get good service. Read Less

I LOVE this place!! My mom went here when I was a little kid & I remember going with her & they would paint my little kid nails for free or let me paint my own while mom was getting hers done. Now that I'm an adult I come here every two weeks to get my nails done, I get acrylics. Also, about once a month I get a pedi as well. They do amazing work here & are beyond friendly & actually talk to you instead of, like most salons, just talking to each other in a foreign language that makes you feel self conscious like they are talking about you lol. How glad am I to stop by this place! They took me right away!  Not busy on fri afternoon and I got so lucky with my girls that did my nails! Her name was Hana.  She scribes my feet, massaged and made sure I was comfortable at all times.  Love this place.  The whole pedicure took an hour!
