Bicky is polite and sweet, she welcomes you into her store like it were her home. Her space is on the second floor next to Elevation burger. The rooms are well lit with natural lighting and decorated with tropical plants. The air is clean and comfortable. Dedicated to facials, her expertise, she understands what to look for, so i don't have to say much. she takes care of it all, pesty pimples, clogged pores, blacks heads, everything. I leave new every time. Also, she puts together a great regime for a daily skin care routine. I also come in for mani-pedis. Everything is done right where i get the facials. it was great and so relaxing. her style is the classic way of pedicures, very clean and neat. nothing too elaborate, only the essentials. which i like very much. I would definitely not recommend a pedicure from here. First off, there are not the normal chairs with the foot baths, but rather you lay on a flat (waxing?) bed that props up, and a bowl of warm water is brought to you to soak your feet in. It was very uncomfortable and extremely awkward. Not to mention there is a camera pointed right at the chair (bed) that makes you feel like you are being watched. It wasn't a big deal for a pedicure, but I could only imagine how uncomfortable that would make me if I were getting anything waxed. The tech, I'm assuming she was the owner, did not remove any callouses or ridges in my nails. I left the place no different than when I went in - I easily could have gotten the same results doing it at home. Very conscientious service and very nice technician, but she made a few of my fingers bleed and then left a bunch of spots blank on my nails. She cut and filed my nails really unevenly and now they're all kind of lopsided and goopy from the polish. Debated getting another manicure right after this one to fix it but my fingers were too bloody. I'm sure the skin care is great, but save your $30 dollars on the manicure. Read Less

Bicky is the best! She is very friendly and does her job very well! I go in for waxing (Brazilian) every few weeks and she always does a fabulous job. She is very picky making sure that she removes all of your hairs and you can tell she knows what she is doing. Bicky is way better than the other places I've been to around AA for waxing! Read Less

This was by far the worst manicure I've ever received. She did everything completely out of order, like cutting my cuticles AFTER she put on the polish, so that there was a weird uneven space of blank nail between the polish line and my shortened cuticle. She was very aggressive towards me and my friend and had an extremely small choice of polish colors. We simply wanted a light pink gel and she didn't have anything close to that (only 4 gel colors total). The manicure came out horribly; I could have done it myself (I'm pretty bad at painting my own nails). The polish was unevenly painted and she didn't cover my entire nail. This experience was absolutely not worth the ridiculous price that she charged me. Read Less

I have tried waxing almost everywhere in Ann Arbor and almost gave up before I found Bicky, now I won't trust anybody else with my waxing! She is the absolute best and most experienced esthetician in the area. She pays attention to details, really cares about her clients, and makes waxing an easy, enjoyable experience.
