Arrived as a walk in. Greeted by the owner Kim. I was probably seated and only had to wait a few moments before Kim started working on me. As a 59 year old male had never been in this type of environment before in my life. Kim put me completely at ease. After she had finished my manicure I jokingly said well I guess I am ready to go sit in the chair now and have a pedicure. Each and every time I have ever tried to get service here they treat me like an inconvenience. Today was the last try. I walked in at 4:30 p.m., their sinage and Google said they are open until 7...not a customer in sight, but when we walked in and asked for a full she looked at us, looked around, looked back at us, all without saying a word....ok, no thank you! I received a shellac manicure, which only lasted 4-5 days. I returned as they had guaranteed their work. They redid the manicure for no charge, it looked good and lasted 2 weeks. I returned to have it removed. The shop owner, Ms. Kim, removed it with a dremel tool. When I realized she was using the tool on my entire nail and not just the french tips which were thicker, I questioned why she didn't remove them by soaking in acetone. She replied that this was the only way to remove a french manicure shellac. My nail beds are now damaged. My nails are painful and uneven. DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON! Read Less
