I love happy nails. I have gone to them for almost 5 years and have not had a bad experience yet. My shellac polish and regular polish lasts forever and it is always neat and clean inside. Last night I came to them at 715pm for a polish change and I noticed they closed at 7pm,however, they were still sitting inside and waved me to come in. They did not rush me and told me to take as long as I needed to choose a color. They were very kind, friendly and accommodating. Awesome salon! It’s spacious and clean and they have a great selection of colors. I’ve seen Akilah both times and my nails have lasted much longer than at other salons. I came to Happy Nails with my mom to get my nails done. I was treated to a delightful and high quality experience. They offered me water. All of the girls didn't rush like most nail salons. I've only been Happy Nails once, but it won't be my last. I have always left satisfied. I was even offered something to drink while I was waiting. I've started getting the dip powder done and it's awesome. They took their time to make sure everything was done the way it was supposed to. I've had VERY bad experiences in the past to the time I had Happy Nails for a mani. From the time I stepped in the door I saw everyone here was so attentive. They always gave me the best advice on what was best for my mani & pedi. I was really impressed with how gentle the color on my fingers. The salon is spacious and well laid out. Place looks really nice .. quality and service are terrible.  My shellac polish lasted 2 days.  When I went back to have it redone I was told it was too busy and to come back the next day.  I returned again at the scheduled time and again was told it was again too busy.  I explained that I already had returned and they reluctantly redid my mess of a manicure, fitting it in in stages.  I was there over an hour.  Coincidentally ,  another woman walked in and she too said her manicure had peeled off.  She too was told to return another time because it was too busy.  I pointed out that the same thing had happened and she insisted it be taken care of ... with so many other places to choose from I would not recommend wasting your time or money here Read Less

This place is terrible. Annie was extremely rude and had a snotty attitude. She messed up one of my nails and tried to act like nothing was wrong until I brought it to her attention and she seemed annoyed with me for doing so. When she was trimming my nails for my pedicure she showed the trimmings to the lady doing my mothers nails next to her. She had another woman redo the nail polish on my thumb four times because she kept painting it very unevenly. Definitely will not be going here again. Read Less

I got a full set with regular polish. They have great prices, my nails cost $27. I highly recommend calling ahead and making an appointment even if it's just a half hour before you plan to go in. They are very busy while I was there and many women came in and were told to come back. The employees were very nice and had many regulars. I will definitely go back! Read Less

Had a great first experience getting a shellac manicure, my nails turned out so cute and the lady was very nice. They were able to get me in even at a super busy time, They do ask that you don't add a tip on a card so it's best to just bring cash. Price is pretty on-par with any other place but I had a good and clean experience overall. Read Less
