Hands down, horrible. Both times.They performed the wrong service during my initial visit, even as I tried to remind them several times throughout, what I had been asking for (a full set of gels-- they continued with a regular manicure). They finally realized when she had put one hand of polish on that I kept asking if she was planning on putting on tips-- and her reply was, ok we'll do that next time. I at least asked if she was planning on charging me full price for this service and she said she would take care of me.As I went to pay, she offers me $5 off. I scoffed and paid, then asked to speak with the manager. I remained cordial and understanding as I can understand mistakes do happen and I didn't have another hour+ to spend for them to redo it. The manager reassures me that he will take care of it next time, on him. I ask if he was planning on giving me a gift cert or some sort of voucher but he insists that he will remember me the next time I come in. I'm skeptical, obviously, but I give up and leave.About 3 weeks later, I'm back to claim my set. The original tech actually remembers me as I walk in and proceeds to give me what I want-- which I felt relief from. But she filed so hard and without care that she cut me pretty deeply in my pinky, then takes her nail and shoves the cotton swab to clean it which caused me a really significant amount of pain. (It developed a small infection and took about 4 weeks to heal.)I'm ready to check out and tip her nicely, even though she had cut me, when the manager charges me $50 for my service. I'm in shock, but realize my initial skepticism was valid. If you've read this far, I'd hope you'd understand my shock. I ended up debating with him for 10 minutes, recalling my last experience and his word (!), and he just continues to passively argue that my service today was extra and that its not something he can give me for free. I was so taken aback, upset and wanted to leave that I gave him my card and told him to charge me whatever he wanted but I would remember this and would never be back. He swiped my card and I left in an upset daze. The nail job was overall ok, but far from perfect. Nail lengths were even but shapes were all over the place. I ended up filing them and shaping them myself when I got home.All in all, this was one of the WORST customer service experiences I've ever encountered. I will never support this business. Read Less
