It's difficult not to come here and feel neglected when it is super busy, but don't worry about that - they'll get to you and depending on what you want, they can be super quick about it too. It had been a busy week and the salon closest to my house was booked SOLID. I was in despair. I didn't have my car because I had been in class all day and had no idea how I was going to get from campus to any decent nail place within a reasonable amount of time, but I tried anyway. I managed to get on wrong bus, correct myself, and get down there within a few minutes of my "appointment" time, that I made just a few hours before. They were able to take me - with a same day appointment - and in one's time of need, that's all one really wants. I sat down awkwardly for maybe 20-25 minutes, surrounded thankfully by a person I knew and a person I had become familiar with and the time passed with ease. They were jam packed, every tech had a client, maybe even two, and it was hard not to feel as if no one would get to me, but they did and when they did within half an hour, my outgrown shellac nails were updated by this lovely young man into a beautiful OPI Gel color called " Love is in my cards" and I was happy. $30-something well spent, because I was in a pinch and had no other time to get them done because my event was the next day EARLY in the morning and they really came through. Let me tell you, they're troopers, because in the middle of my appointment with an already FULL HOUSE 7 people came in and they just put the work in. I get it now, I get why people trust their beautification services with this place. If you're good to them, for the most part they will try their darnedest to be good to you. Give them a chance. As Benjamin Franklin says, "If you want something done, ask a busy person," and goodness gracious, they the busiest. Read Less
