Horrible! I hate this place. Stephanie is so rude and does a horrible job. It seems like she doesn't even care, and then she complains about how slow it is. She then goes rambling on about how it is slow and how customers complain. Not professional, she then does the paint job, horrible makes sense now that her place is slow, her employees just sit there and do nothing other than look at their phones. They have no respect for paying customers. Stephanie is officially the worst nail tech in the world. Everyone go to K nails! Way better than crystal ratchet nails!!!

My wife was elated to learn that Stephanie had come here from World Nails in Lambertville. The people at World Nails lied and said Stephanie went to California but we find out otherwise. My wife is bringing her business here now because she likes Stephanie's attention to detail and sweet personality. If you want to get lied to.. go see World Nails in Lambertville. Since we live almost halfway between Lambertville and Adrian either location is convenient.

Majority of the time I go there I have no problems, but lately Stephanie hasn't been doing her best. Last few times my nails would break because she made them to thin then wanted to charge me to fix them! Acrylics are not supposed to be that thin for a reason! Also, she gives my a second coat of gel without even asking and two coats of gel makes its more expensive... NOW I just got my nails done tow days ago and ones already cracking. This month I got my nails done 3 times. Don't go here for acrylics.

Tommy did my nails. I wanted something plain. He didnt seem to get what i wanted. Had to tell him and show him 5 times. He did the acrylic nail part okay but when doing the color he did horrible. My ring fingures are not done right. Theres bulges on them... He didnt file them down well. I did my dishes the next day and all the polish and top coat came off on the parts he painted. The top coat stayed on the plain acrylic nail. I went back in to have my nails fixed. A young blonde lady fixed my nails. They are so much better now. I didn't catch her name but i would recommend her to anyone.

Ugh. Took 'tommy' 2 and a half hours for a full set, used tips too wide for my nails, glopped on the acrylic when I specifically asked for less acrylic, for long, slender nails, horrible paint job an...
Ugh. Took 'tommy' 2 and a half hours for a full set, used tips too wide for my nails, glopped on the acrylic when I specifically asked for less acrylic, for long, slender nails, horrible paint job and he got up EIGHT times during the course of my service. I knew that it was slim pickings in Adrian as far as nail salons are concerned but I will never come here again.

For the price, I think this place is great. I've had a few manicures and pedicures there and they've always been very timely and nice. I've had no issues getting an appointment when I call ahead.

My nails turned out okay, but the lady who did them (the owner, apparently) was on her phone the ENTIRE time. She only addressed me three times. It's only been a week and people are telling me it look...
My nails turned out okay, but the lady who did them (the owner, apparently) was on her phone the ENTIRE time. She only addressed me three times. It's only been a week and people are telling me it looks like I've had them done for three weeks. She filed them way away from my cuticles and painted them way up... but besides that they turned out pretty well and we're relatively cheap.

Horrible! I hate this place. Stephanie is so rude and does a horrible job. It seems like she doesn't even care, and then she complains about how slow it is. She then goes rambling on about how it is slow and how customers complain. Majority of the time I go there I have no problems, but lately Stephanie hasn't been doing her best. Last few times my nails would break because she made them to thin then wanted to charge me to fix them! Acrylics are not supposed to be that thin for a reason! My nails turned out okay, but the lady who did them (the owner, apparently) was on her phone the ENTIRE time. She only addressed me three times. It's only been a week and people are telling me it looks like I've had them done for three weeks. She filed them way away from my cuticles and painted them way up... but besides that they turned out pretty well and we're relatively cheap.
