Absolutely horrible experience, two times in a row. My husband got me a gift card here for Christmas. I booked an appointment for a deep tissue massage, manicure, and hair cut. In that order. This was not my first go around with a deep tissue. It's the therapist job to ask, how much pressure and where would you like me to focus. Of course I was told I would get a call from the manager to sort this out. Still waiting on that call... Read Less
