Honestly I wouldn't even give this place a one star I would give them negative -1* for the fact that she didn't take off all my calus off my feet she didn't take of my cuticless when she did my manicure so basically she was doing the job like she didn't want to do My pedicure looking around and doing her job very poorly I am not going back there I refuse to they charged me 43 dollars for a mani pedi when I should of paid 5 dollars for the only thing she did right which was paint my nails 😒

I use to frequent this place for acrylic nails and eyebrow waxing. The service is definitely a hit or miss depending on which nail technician. However , today is the last time I’d come to this place for my nails. Told the elderly guy at the front desk I came for acrylic nails and eyebrow waxing. He told me I would have to wait for half an hour since all the nail technicians are busy. I didn’t mind at all. I was then shocked to see that everyone else didn’t have to wait . The ones that had to wait he told them it’s a 10 mins wait. I used the time to go grab some groceries from inside Walmart and when I returned back , I was still not attended to despite coming before everyone else. When I got up to leave he asked me “are you doing your nails also”. It’s really just a hit or miss services that may not be worth your time.

So as i always do not cut my toenails often i went they're for the "works" the staff actually was so nice and profesional. I recommend getting a manicure and pedicure bi monthly.

I told them to take there time and that I don't want my nails shortened. They went super fast and broke half my nail so I had to get it shorted. They painted my nails horribly and they are streaky and have bubbles that shouldn't be there . They don't ask if u want your nails shortens and don't listen to requests. I went for a fil with my mom and they charged 28$ for my gill and not 25 like it is supposed to be. DONT GO THERE EVER !

Most of the women are very friendly and do a great job. I go there a lot and have only not been pleased with the service once and when I called two days later to say my gel polish was peeling (which never happened before or since) they offered to repaint them at no cost even without my receipt. Especially for the very low prices they do a great job.

I was pressed for time and needed my eyebrows waxed. I refused to let the location of the establishment deter me. I asked to have my eyebrows waxed. I received a nod. The esthetician made no recommendations and didn't ask any questions until she was finished. I'd never experience that before and I've never had over waxed eyebrows until now. I was in shock. I'm still in shock! I look like I'm currently in shock! I'm at fault next time I'll speak up.

I went to Regal based on Lynn B's review. I needed a fill & was taken right away. The lady completed a fill & flawless French in under 40 minutes. Loved that it was $15 for the fill and only $5 for a French -- that's $7 cheaper than the other place that I use. Good to have another place available when my I'm in need of some nail care.Thanks Lynn!

I've learned not to judge a book by it's cover on this one. My first impression was that a nail place inside a Walmart would be pretty scary. Boy was I wrong! I was greated warmly by the manager who showed me the polish colors and offered me a bottled water. I was seated with a gentleman who was very nice and said hello etc. He took the time to really pay attention to detail and see that my nails came out perfect, which they did. His English was decent and we chatted quite a bit. The only downfall was that he was telling me all about ghosts he had seen in his life and went on and on about it. I personally was not bothered by it and was glad to get someone who actually acknowledged you as some places have people who hardly look at you. Some folks may have been a little turned off by the topic of conversation but I was fine with it. I would recommend this place to anyone and do plan on going back next time. The prices were very good and it was very clean inside and they have a great selection of colors.

Most of the women are very friendly and do a great job. I go there a lot and have only not been pleased with the service once and when I called two days later to say my gel polish was peeling (which never happened before or since) they offered to repaint them at no cost even without my receipt. I've learned not to judge a book by it's cover on this one. My first impression was that a nail place inside a Walmart would be pretty scary. Boy was I wrong! I was greated warmly by the manager who showed me the polish colors and offered me a bottled water. I was seated with a gentleman who was very nice and said hello etc. He took the time to really pay attention to detail and see that my nails came out perfect, which they did.
