Everyone was nice, great color choice. Wasn’t expensive at all which I a plus. I saw everyone’s nails while I was in there and they all looked perfect I went in for a full set the other day literally have not had my nails done in a while and I must say I am disappointed. The lady I got didn’t clean up my nails like cut my cuticles or anything which they needed it. My nails are different sizes you can see my real nail on the side of my fake. She didn’t cut my nails evenly. And the paint job wasn’t the greatest. I hate leaving a bad comment but idk I’m just upset because all of the different sizes is driving me nuts to the point where I am about to take them off and I’ve only had them for 2 days money down the drain. Decided last minute to get my first pedi of the season and was right next door with my sister at the tanning salon. She usually goes to another salon that has very very handicap unfriendly parking which is a problem for me. So being that we were already here and the parking was perfect checked and they were pretty busy and had only 4ppl on it'd be only a 20 min wait for us. It was only about 15 mins later when I was seated for my pedi and my sis for her fill. My tech was very friendly and accommodating. I have some special needs when it comes to pedis as I've had both sides of my toenails removed on both of my big toes as well as edema in both of my legs. I explained this to her and she as I said was very accommodating. My legs feet and toes feel and look great! My sis was very pleased with her fill and got her toe polish changed and thinks she has found a new salon....which works out great for her as well as me now that we are usually right there for my sis' tanning needs. 2017 Review : let me give you guys my experience I came to this place Wednesday night to get a fill , repair on one nail and a pedicure around 6 pm. I picked my color after that i get the pedicure by this young girl she was alright . It wasn't nothing out of the ordinary after she was done she asked me to sit & wait for the "owner" to finish doing a full set for a lady who got there after me . I asked the owner if it's okay if I can change the color of the polish for my toes because it didn't look the same as the bottle she stated it will be another $10 charge & this is while I was waiting for her to be done, I stayed shocked because i thought since it was the same day it would be alright to do @ no cost mind you there was only 3 people there. I left it as it is because I wasn't going to pay another $10 that's ridiculous, 30 minutes passed & I picked a different color for my fill because I didn't like the color that came out on my feet . After she finished I sit down she filled in my nails & repaired my missing acrylic, the repair nail was longer than all my other nails i told her it was longer she evened it out but the shape was not same. I have a coffin shape & she made a square shape on that nail I stated it was square & not coffin shape how I have the rest & she needed to fix that , she then argues with me stating that she follows the finger nail next to it . I told her you need to compare the same finger & check if their the same shape. I asked her how are you the nail tech & don't know that. Instead of fixing it she ignored me and started to paint my nails .I told her you know what just forget it all you want is your money & you don't care about costumer care the right thing was for her to fix it & she didn't . I stated all you care about is your money I paid & walked out. She didn't apologize for the mistake all she said was have a goodnight. Costumer care does not matter to this business she argued with a costumer instead of trying to find a solution to make me happy that being said I will not be coming here ever again . My first & last time . FYI I walked out the business with my fingers nails painted hideous,uneven and left disappointed. Read Less

Always friendly, always do a great job, listen to what you want and they massage your hands/feet. Priced well. They prefer cash if possible. Only downside is that it's not always as air conditioned as I'd like. Read Less

I think they are great here... really love them. Just wish they washed their hands between clients... especially when doing eyebrows or facial waxing! I always feel bad asking but I have sensitive skin and I started breaking out after getting my eyebrows done. For nails and customer service they are awesome! Read Less

I absolutely love Orchid Nails & Spa! Even though I moved about 35 minutes away, I still make the trip out here to get my French manicure. My nails always come out beautiful and the staff is friendly & conversational. I would highly recommend coming here if you haven't been yet! Read Less

Amazing salon with an amazing staff usually my nails don't hold a gel manicure longer than a week and I'm past the 10 day mark and still going strong no peeling or bubbling in places that I feel the need to pick at. I recommend this salon to everyone I talk to because I still am in awe that this manicure has lasted this long.  The woman I went to was very friendly and very intuitive especially because I'm not one to share my whole life story and she didn't ask too personal of questions unlike other salons in the area I have been to. I can't wait to go in later in the week for a mani pedi and see how that fares... This place may just be my new regular. Read Less
