The worst full set I’ve ever gotten. My nails were supposed to be square, but I don’t even know how to explain the shape they are. The woman did not understand basic words. This place has no good ventilation, the smell of the chemicals they use is so strong it makes you light headed. The nail tech who did my nails was on the phone and constantly taking pauses to finish her conversation on the phone. She did my acrylic nails way too thick and when I called to complain the owner was a complete jerk. This place has bad customer service. I'll never go back here. Read Less

I will say the wait can get extremely long so make an appointment on the weekends. The male used to do my full set of acrylics great, but my most recent full set was terrible. The only person that actually does a good job on nails is the wife of the owner.The owner can be a snob at times. You tell him you want it a certain way and he has the nerve to tell you otherwise that "his way" is better.The 2 girls that do the pedicures are the worst lol. The owner puts them to do peoples nails and OMG its a fucking mess! She did my nails once and she twisted all my fingers and scrubbed my hands so hard she made me bleed.The daughter is extremely disrespectful. The dad puts her to paint peoples nails and she gives the customer attitude.Don't ask why I still go there. Its the closest place for me from home and all the other nail salons here suck lol Read Less

I hate to be negative, but this was by far the worst manicure I've ever had.  I waited an hour on a Saturday to get it done, only to be told by the woman that she did not have time to do what I wanted.  She also did not cut my nails down and when I asked her to she told me it was my fault and should have mentioned it to her at the beginning.  Isn't it obvious that after 2 weeks they need to be cut?After all of that, my nails look terrible and the polish started to chip that night. Although it is the closest salon to my apartment, I will never return.For those of you who want to try it out, they take appts Mon- Thurs and are closed on Sundays. Read Less
