Went in with 2 other people. They had nails done & I was to have a pedicure... I signed in as they did picked my color and was totally ignored. They had their nails done and we're ready to leave and still no one would acknowledge me. I left after 90 minutes and several attemps to get someone to tell me when I would be seen. In my opinion this nail salon is wayyy overpriced and a rip off! I got a full set at my usual nail salon and paid $40. I went to Creative for a fill because I happened to be in the area and paid $44 for a fill. $44 FOR A FILL, cost me more than my full set! Crazy! Also after a few days the top coat turned brownish and looks really dingy! Not a fan of the attempt at a coffin shape the nail tech did either; the two sides are uneven. I've been going to creative Nail Spa for about a year and I love them. I don't get my nails done regularly and I'm constantly looking for a great nail shop after inadequate experiences another shops, but this place is consistent. while creative Nails and spa was able to get us in very promptly, the service was not good. the lady explained to me that i couldn't get my nails painted because they were "too short". this was never a problem for me before. since my nails were "too short" the only other option was to get acrylics which was $22 more. my friend got a french manicure. while she was getting it done she asked if she could get a silver line underneath the french and the lady told her it would be $5 more (which my friend didn't know) and almost started doing the silver lines after my friend said no several times. also it's only been a few days and both of our nails are chipping. There are quite a few Creative Nail Spas in the area and I've been to several. This is the only one I repeatedly come to, and for several reasons. With the exception of the first time I came, which was during the first few weeks of being open, I've gotten in promptly for a walk-in service. They offer a variety of pedicures which are clearly explained on a menu (which has improved with time). It is because I walk in that I can say one gotten a good or better pedicure every time I've come in with a different technician every time. Polishes are neatly organized and there is a good variety. The pedicure room is large, spacious, and typically quiet. There is more activity in the manicure section; here everyone is focused on efficiency, which makes the calm of the pedicure room even more inviting and relaxing. By contrast to other Creative Nail Spa, this is the only one worth my money. Heads up: they do accept cards for payment, but not for tip. Read Less

Nice pedicurist; didn't make me uncomfortable recommending more expensive options. Got me coffee when I forgot to make it myself. Pedicure itself was four stars - I've still got some callouses and there's polish above my nails that will come off when I shower. I really liked how comfortable I was though. I had my nails done with dipping and within a week 2 naisl started brake i went there and spoke with the greeter and the guy told me to come back next day that they will fix it. I come back next day and a lady told me that their policy were 3 days, if I wanted fixed I would jave to pay again. I will never ever come back to this place. I spent 54 dólars to have a dipping. I've been getting my eyebrows waxed at Creative Nails & Spa since 2004. They're very gentle and always keep my shape. haven't been anywhere else since I've started going there. I've only gotten my nails done a few times (only because manicures and pedicures aren't my thing), and they look beautiful every time they do them. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK! I went over the weekend to get a gel manicure. That night i noticed the white polished had turned brown! I called the next day with no answer Tuesday when I was on my lunch break I called back TWICE and finally got an answer. I asked to speak with the manager. When i explained the situation she said they would redo the color free of charge and that was strange that the polish changed color. I did not use anything that would have made my nails change color and i"ve gotten many manicures from them that's never happened to me either. I left work and headed there sat in traffic. When i walked in the manager looked at my nails and said that it was not there Gel. Well it was i have been going there for years and i go every two weeks and easily spend over 100 dollars between manicures pedicures and waxing. I am not one to ever complain but when i asked her if she would redo it she said she might be able to do a discount! That is not what she said on the phone i spent 40 dollars on the manicure PLUS TIP and it was less than three days before. I am VERY upset. I will never go back they were rude about it as well. NO THANKS I will take my business elsewhere! Today you guys lost one customer that goes there every two weeks and spends well over 100 dollars you also lost my family because we go together and get pedicures all the time! Good luck to ya you just lost 6 customers! And i will tell all of my friends who go there so you loose them too! Attended by Nini for a basic pedicure today! Where shall I start... I was ripped of $32 plus a tip plus $2.5 ATM charge. I can't believe it that this place is still running, I mean just for a basic pedicure with a simple polish one pays close to $40 OMG. Another thing is the language barrier. I was so embarrassed to convey anything to my manicurist... she kept staring at everything I said. Not even basic simple English... New location is beautiful and clean. Arrived for a pedicure and polish change after a bad experience at another location. Tina was great, she took great care of me and gave a great massage. She is very professional. In my opinion polish change charge of $11 is too pricey. Spa pedicure is always worth the extra money, will definitely be going back to this location only. Read Less

Was not happy at all will Nail tech Yen. Spent the whole time telling me how MUCH money all her other clients spent. Making me feel bad I could not afford to come in every TWO weeks like ALL her regular clients. I come when I can but obviously leaving over 20% tips when I do go is not good enough. Pros: The new location is beautiful. It's a very relaxing atmosphere. It's clean and everyone I encountered was very professional.Cons: You are paying for their new location. I got an acrylic fill with gel polish. I paid $41. My jaw almost hit the floor. My manicurist Yen also did not paint the very tips of my nails so the acrylic shows through. For $41 I expected much better. I will not be back. I can honestly receive a better manicure at the salon in the Auburn Mall. Read Less

Beware the one in Millbury charges $46 for a gel FILL!  I have gone there 2x, first time was not bad my nails looked decent for a week, figured it was just the person so I tried again...... yeah $46 for a fill and rude service.... nails looked terrible again..... beware there are plenty of other great salons around. I went to this place once a month for years, although I often left feeling disappointed for one reason or another.There are so many employees working there, some of them are rumored not to be certified. Often there are more workers than work to do, so many times they sit at the tables carrying on and it is unprofessional and distracting.There are several rude women who work there, and it can be unpleasant to sit and have a rude person do your manicure.I have been on their mailing list (email) since they started planning the move.I got an email around Christmas 2015 that they were closed until further notice due to a broken water pipe. Today is Feb 6 and they are still closed - I called there and got a recording.I know a woman who has her own nail salon, where I went after that email.She said she suspected they had received an unannounced visit by an inspector, and that they had lots of uncertified employees there and were probably shut down.
