I have gone to posh nails several times before and every time I make an appointment they have me wait at least half hour. Today was the final straw. I have been seeing a technician there who is really good, so I called at 10 AM to make an appointment with her or with another girl that I was referred to if my regular technician was not available. The owner Dino, said my regular technician wasn't available until 130 but the other girl could take me at 12 so I said fine I will be there at 12. Dino has me sit down and says can I help you I said I have a 12 o'clock with so and so and he said OK I will have Vicky remove your polish, now I told him twice over the phone that I didn't have any nail polish to remove. He said the girl I had the appointment with will be with me soon, I ask which one is she is as I have never gone to her before and he points her out,  I look over and she is clearly in the middle of a pedicure so I knew I would be waiting a while so I asked him if I would be waiting a while and he said "someone" would be able to help me. I said no I have an appointment with so and so and that's who I want to keep it with so he said oh so you want "so and so" and I said no I originally wanted my regular technician but you made the appointment with the other technician at 12 o'clock so I want to keep the appointment with the girl I originally made it with. He says "just pick out a color" I said my color will be picked in five minutes am I going to wait long because I had to leave at a certain time and again I had the appointment at 12, he raises his voice and says "just pick a color!" I said that's it I walked out and said you don't talk to clients like that and told him that this happens constantly and when someone has an appointment they should keep that appointment.  I told him I would be writing a bad review on yelp and that this place is awful when it comes to appointments, they never say no to anybody they take walk-ins ahead of appointments, they forget that nail salons are a dime a dozen and we don't have to put up with this. In addition to that, they are not even clean anymore. It used to be spotless. Not worth it at all. Funny, I ended up going to another nail salon right after I walked out and I saw one of his former workers working there! Guess she realized that Posh is not the place to be. Read Less

I'm only giving 1 Star because that's all I'm aloud to give .. I would give zero stars if it was possible. This was the WORST pedicure I have ever received. $30 and I got .1 second of exfoliation , my heals look just as bad as they did when I walked in AND she burned me with the hot stone and have a blister on my foot Tha.t was very uncomfortable. $20 extra for gel polish also.. over priced, i payed 35 for an acrylic refil and usually pay that for a whole fullset. didnt ask how i would like the shape did what she thought was right. Nice place, good customer service. Just over priced and they need to ask how the customer wants you their nails. honestly i was the only african american in that place. a little awakward. I love this place so much! Everyone is great. My schedule is crazy so it's hard to make appts. I like that they're always honest about how long the wait is. They don't say the wait is only 10 mins when it's 30. I'm always very happy with my services. They're thorough, detailed and clean. They're prices are totally reasonable and actually even cheaper than other places I've been to around here. Plus the paraffin hand treatment and constant massages make the value much higher. Currently sitting at Posh as we speak. Saturday afternoon around 5pm. Came here with a friend for a pedicure. We walked in and we're taken on time. I have been here several times with decent/good service. This time leaves me with no choice but to not come back. The pedicure was 22 minutes long. The massage lasted 1 minute (no exaggeration), I didn't get the hot rocks or a foot scrub. The man doing my pedicure kept saying things to the man sitting next to him in his language and looking at me laughing. Not a very comfortable environment. Here's the kicker, I'm not one to write a bad review so I told the manager, his response was "I'm sorry". Nothing beyond that. THREE HOURS after the pedicure, my left toe smudged. Give me a break Posh Nails, and use a decent top coat. Also, note the way she cut my toenails crooked. 2 stars is because they included a neck & shoulder massage that felt good. We ran in for a quick pedicure while we were waiting for my friend's oil change across the street! We were skeptical at first because of the rating on here but we were proven very wrong! The place was very clean, spaced out, and relaxing. They let my friend sit next to me in the empty pedicure chair while I got my toes done without any fuss at all, and didn't pressure her to get a service done when she said no. On to the pedicure. This woman took painstaking care to make sure my feet were pampered! Cuticle care, sugar scrub, heated oil for my ankles, and a hot stone massage were only some of the benefits that came with the posh pedi (only 30 dollars!!) I had a fantastic experience, and the owner and or manager (couldn't tell) even ran after me out the door to give me my coffee which I forgot. Great manicures and pedicures!!! I've had gels and SNS manis done and I love them both here. The SNS dipping powder manis are fantastic. They last two to three weeks and no chips. Very reasonable in prices. Plus, they don't go crazy with cuticle cutting and you get a hot wax treatment with gloves and a massage while you finish up. The pedicures are incredible. Super friendly staff always smiling and work very hard! They do a great job - salon is super clean and have a great selection of regular polish,gel polish and SNS.  They have an awesome menu with parafin and have one treatment with real honey! Had a great experience visiting Posh nails for a pedicure.  Esther (Ji Huon) did a great job from helping me pick out a color from the huge assortment,  to the pedicure itself, plus she gave me an added leg massage and chair massage (waiting for my nails to dry) which was great!  The salon is clean, relaxing (nice piped in soft music), no sign of fumes, and the chairs used for pedicures have a back massager!  I have been going to Spa Elena for years, but she retired and closed her business.  I was surprised to find out, the 310 Spa that opened in its place only does massages.  So glad I tried Posh Nails!   Got more for the $ at Posh as well!   I will definitely be back! I usually go to Posh nails to get my eyebrows done. I usually have a great experience. However today when I went, I had the woman ask if I wanted my lip done. I said no and she replied with really, you have a lot there. I once again said no and then she replied really, that's not pretty. My pedicure was unreal!! It was worth every penny. I wanted the $45 pedi but opted for the $65 once I saw the menu of what's included. Let me be the first to say - I NEVER write these things, especially bad reviews. I'd rather bring it to the businesses attention myself rather than write on here or yelp.I went in Halloween night at 5:30pm for an SNS manicure with tips. It went relatively well, I've gotten SNS done before, and I was asking questions for my own knowledge because this place seemed to really have its shit together when it came to SNS. The nail tech - Vicky - got annoyed at me being inquisitive, she was rude every time I asked a question, which was only 3 times. When it came to the end, instead of using the SNS top coat on my nails like the system calls for, she used some weird top coat. Which I then had to put my hands in front of a FAN to dry, like a regular mani. Had she done what she was supposed to and used the SNS top coat instead of "her little secret" top coat, they would have dried almost instantly and I wouldn't have had to freeze my hands and let them dry in front of a fan. She even told me to "be very careful after you leave" .... no, if I wanted a regular manicure I would have spent the $20 to get a regular mani. But I paid $50 for an SNS manicure, a healthier alternative to gel, which dries instantly like gel does too. But because he had to use her own little top coat, it didn't dry instantly, at all. .... One day later and my nails are dented and not even shaped right. I called back to tell the manager my situation and half way through us talking, he hands the phone to Vicki, who does nothing but argue and yell at me, THE CUSTOMER for 10 fucking minutes. Saying the RUDEST things possible. Arguing with me saying I need to come in "right now", I had to explain to her THREE times that I work everyday 7:30-4 and Tuesday - Thursday 5-10pm RIGHT after my day job. She wouldn't accept me coming in at 5;00 on Friday, my next available time. Here in America, when you work in the customer service industry, the customer has every right to complain and voice their opinion. The customer is always right, and even if they aren't, as a business, it's your job to help them solve the issue at hand, ESPECIALLY when you cause it. I felt place was not clean,Had pedicure then when I was placed at nail table  there was nail dust around glass top ,dried drips of polish on table and also dried material that had run down. The manicurist fluffed it off as nail dust coming from other tables when they are using machines but I questioned this as I was the first customer of the day therefore it was not cleaned the night before,.I also take issue with the fact I had to struggle getting my foot wear off when my toenails were dry.No one helped and when I finally got out the door my manicurist was there chatting on the phone.... ..Skip this establishment....... I have been going to Posh for about 1 year and was extremely happy until they had a complete change  of technicians who are terrible.  I found 1 that I liked and called me 1/2 hour before my appt. to tell me she would not be available. I would get someone else who was equally good if not better  the polish they used was old as after 1 hour my nails still weren't dry.  I just wasted $55.00 for a manicure and pedicure because of old products.  I would not recommend them at all. I walked in for a pedicure last week it wasn't the best pedicure I've had but  I could clearly tell that the woman was new. So I gave the shop the benefit of doubt. I called tonight for a last minute gel manicure, they told me they could take me in 15 minutes I arrived after the 15 minutes and sat there for almost 40 waiting to be taken. I watched numerous people coming after me and be taken right away. They were very apologetic for my wait. The woman sat down to do my nails, (a different one then who did my pedicure ). All the tools had clearly been used on someone else. NOTHING was sanitized!  NOTHING!  There was someone else's finger nails on the talble. Nothing was cleaned off.  She rushed through the whole service  and I'm almost positive I could have done a better job painting my nails, blind folded.  Save your money and go somewhere else! For the second time I have come here with a friend and for the second time they were more than 15 minutes late taking us then we proceeded to wait for a nail tech and even then one of us waited as the other person was getting their nails started. For this reason I will not be returning. If you go with another person just make sure you are being done at the same time if that's what you want. Read Less

This place was really nice when it opened. Now this place has really taken a beating. Messy and not as clean as it use to be. Pedicure was $45.00 and not worth the money. Posh has been my go-to nail salon for the last 2 years, but I won't be going back, and here's why:I called ahead and scheduled a regular pedicure and gel manicure for 1:30 pm. I arrived on time, and my pedicure started on time. When my pedicure was over, I was brought to a manicure table and told that my technician would be with me shortly. Ten minutes went by, and she arrived. She filed one nail, then answered the phone and scheduled an appointment. Went back to file a second nail, answered the phone again. Almost got back to me when she greeted and booked and the next group of customers who walked in. At this point, another ten minutes had gone by, and I was getting frustrated. On the third nail, she said "oops, sorry" and when I looked, there was blood covering my index finger. I quickly realized it was her blood, not mine. She got up and walked away, and I could only presume she was going to wash her hands and bring me something to wash her blood from mine. She returned a minute later, and by this point I was thoroughly disgusted. She had bandaged her finger, and tried to re-start my manicure. I had to stop her and ASK HER to please give me some alcohol to clean her blood. I washed my hands, she gave me some alcohol, but then picked up the blood covered nail buffer (again, her blood) to re-start my manicure. I had to stop her AGAIN and ASK HER to please get a new tool. She threw the nail buffer in the trash and then told me someone else would be with me to do my manicure in about ten minutes. By this point, I was done, and said I would come back another time. She told me to wait, and then found someone to fill in for her. She then sat at the table next to me, and began another customer's manicure (why she couldn't complete mine, I do not know). It was such an unpleasant experience and I will gladly pay an extra $15 to go to MiniLuxe in the future if it means not having to wait over 30 minutes for a scheduled appointment, and more importantly, NOT HAVING SOMEONE BLEED ON ME AND TRY TO COMPLETE A MANICURE WITH BLOOD COVERED TOOLS!The End. I usually have trouble getting my nails done well because my nail beds are pretty small. The tech here did an awesome job on my very simple but beautiful acrylic overlays. Such a lovely experience in Posh Nails today. Really pleased with my manicure as well as the customer service in the nails salon. I didn't have a chance to ask the technician name but she was so nice and friendly to me. she was extremely helpful with helping me choosing my nails design. My nails was really pretty because my tech was really skillful and experience. She spent times to fix my nails shape and massaging my feet. It was just the best feeling ever. My new favorite salon! Moved to the area not too long ago and needed a new place to do my gels. Walked to this stress and found this place by accidently. So glad I did! I called late on a Sunday night before they closed and they said they'd take me, to just come on down! I LOVED IT HERE!!! It was seriously the bet manicure I've had in a long time. I got the gel manicure and its thin but sturdy. The technician was simply amazing, a really sweet girl named Katie. After my manicure I thought we were done---nope. They took me over to the sink where they scrubbed my hands down with an Epsom salt/essential oil blend and then dunked my hands in paraffin wax. As I was waiting for the wax to set, I was given a shoulder massage. And it was only $30?!? I could walk here and plan to once the baby is born. Never going back. I accidentally smudged my nail and the guy fixed it very unprofessionally. He was not even going to put a top coat on until my mom said something. I got a gel manicure once and it turned a brownish color and the guy told me it was hair dye even though I have never touched hair dye in my life. This was the shortest and roughest pedicure I've ever had. I love trying new salons looking for the best pedicure, and this was my worst to date.I'll ignore the confusion that was caused while trying to make 3 appointments for 2 pedicures and 1 mani/pedi (I had to explain 4 times that there were 3 guests, 2 getting just pedicures and 1 getting a pedicure and manicure) and I'll ignore being rushed to sit in my chair even though I was 10 minutes early and my other 2 guests hadn't arrived yet. I can't ignore the pain I endured while my technician pushed back my cuticles like she was angry with them. I also can't ignore the fact that from the start of the pedicure to just before polish, was 13 minutes. I timed it. Polishing took another 10 minutes and I still had a good amount of polish left on my skin. My nails were also way too short and a couple of them crooked. The only good thing about the pedicure was the hot stone massage, just wish it was more than 2 minutes.The disposable plastic tubs are a gimmick to make you think they are sterile. The file and callus buffer were clearly reused, A LOT, even stained with old polish of past clients. Lastly, I understand most clients want to be catered to, but I personally found it to be too much. From helping me remove my boots and socks, to trying to remove my jacket while I was sitting down, and then hovering over me while I dry and proceed to try to help put my boots and jacket back on.
