Not particularly impressed. The chair was comfy and the polish I chose was very pretty but on one of my toes she did a 3rd later and it made it chunky and she didn't even try to redo it. They also didn't paint a top coat on my toes so that was weird ... Started chipping after a week and normally my pedis don't chip .. For like many weeks.  At least the AC was good so it was very cool in there. I probably will not return. I want my pedi to last longer and it normally does at other places. Read Less

I can't believe I payed money for this. I took my two daughters on Mothers Day. The three nail techs we had were rude and angry looking. They talked to each other the whole time. The woman who did my nails was aggressive and unpleasant. She began to use the Dremmel to sand off the gel polish I already had on my nails instead of soaking it off. I mentioned that it hurt and I've always just had it soaked off with polish remover so she rolled her eyes, haphazardly applied the remover, cotton, and foil. She did not allow it to sit long enough before scraping it off, painfully. she then filed them to an uneaven square shape when I asked for oval. My nails are now thin, cracked, and breaking. My daughters felt uncomfortable. My 7 year old had her nails painted quickly and they looked ok. My 16 year old was getting her nails done for prom. She had a similar experience to mine. Handled harshly and when she asked to have a star painted on her nails she was met with an eye roll and a sigh. The star looked like she could have done it herself. We decided to skip the pedicure. PLAIN AWFUL. I went for mother's day with my 6 y/o daughter. I only went there bc I got a gift certificate for mother's day which I wanted to use but im NEVER coming back. My daughter and I were getting manicure and pedicure. There was only 1 person doing pedicure and manicure for 3 other people and she asked me and my daughter to sit and wait. We waited for about 30 mins and after 15 mins of waiting 2 more people got there and were seated at the pedicure massaging chairs first which was kind of ok because they had to stay there with their feet in the water for about 40 mins before the only person was able to work on their pedicure. After a while another worker showed up and that's when my daughter and I were seated and they started to do our pedicure. They did my daughter's nails and toes like in 10 mins. She wasnt even taken to the manicure table. It was very uncomfortable for her. The worker that just got there was clearly in a rush. She cut two of my fingers with the cuticle clipper because she didn't have time to soak my nails in water first and was doing it just like that. It was really painful and bloody. Thanks God they didn't cut my little girl's fingers or they would've got in big trouble!!! The 2 workers were running around the salon all the time doing about 9 people's nails and toenails at the same time and talking on the phone. The worker that showed up after was clearly arguing on the phone with her family while CUTTING my fingers and once she was done with my manicure she just left the salon like that. I hated this place. Plus the bathroom is disgusting. I am sticking to my old nail salon and if you don't care getting your fingers cut and bloody and you like poor service then this is the place for you. Read Less
