For all intensive purposes this was a very utilitarian No Frills experience, that being said I walked in with a No-Frills expectation so my expectations were already tempered the location is fairly basic and simple and prices are in line with the industry average.While I've stated this was no frills,  I will add,  I felt the industry standard safety precautions were all observed. First time here. Was a little disappointed they didn't have a huge variety of the specialty nail polishes. I'm used to getting funky nail color / style ie metallic, color changing and 3D. The service was nice very friendly a bit slow and no frills seemed to be a busy Wednesday and not staff sufficiently. I would definitely try again but would probably make an appointment first. Phong is a very talented nail artist at Lily's. If you want something special for an occasion he can do make it happen. I've seen him paint turkeys on every nail for a 7 year old girl. Look what he created for me for Super Bowl Sunday. The salon is clean and has all the latest in polish techniques and colors. The manicurists all take great care in doing nails. Read Less

I love it here! I haven't had my nails done in so long and it was clean, quiet, and relaxing! I did begin to feel very dizzy from a combination of the smell of polish and the insane heat outside, so my nail technician turned the air conditioner on and let me take a break. They were all so sweet! My acrylics are gorgeous for a fraction of the cost of some Boston stores. Will be back :)) Read Less

Let me preface this by saying that I'm extremely anal about my nails and expect nothing less than perfection, otherwise I wouldn't pay someone else to do it. Mediocre paint job on the manicure with lots of air bubbles and visible brush strokes. It seemed like Amy was in a rush although there was no one else waiting. Pedicure was nice and relaxing. I couldn't be happier that this nail place has opened! It's convenient when you live in Winthrop and it's located across public parking. The service that I receive is beyond excellent, they really care about their clients and I appreciate that.
