I recently moved to Massachusetts and didn't have a nail place I was in love with. T4 has amazing pedicure options. The basic pedicure comes with a scrub, hot stone massage, and an oil/lotion massage. They have remembered me by name since my very first visit. The salon is very clean and has a nice atmosphere. Would not recommend. Pedicures can be good if you get the right person but are generally very quick and not very good. Gel fills are horrible. They seem to always be rushing and do not do a very good job. Even when I have had an appointment I have had to wait as they constantly double book. Read Less

I been having my nails done by Anna for probably 6 years, so she had a nail salon in Braintree, that's where I was going, i am also from Braintree, since she bought the new salon I been traveling every other week to get my nails done. She does the best job ever, nobody can do my nail the way she does, everytime that I have a problem, a nail breaks I call her and she tells me to stop by at ANYTIME to get them fix. So beside her great work the salon it's so neat, nice, clean, organized. The staff it's always so pleasant, I am always happy to drive that far to get my nails done. P.S. If anybody goes to the salon and have a nail broken,or didn't get waited the way wanted, please contact her immediately, if you still at the salon ask for her Anna she's the owner and she will take care of the situation right the way. I was going here for years and I loved them. They changed the staff. My last visit I went in for a gel mani and a pedi. I was not happy with it at all, I was there for hours. My manicure came off in less than week and it had to get redone. I went elsewhere. The environment is nice, however the service is not great. They always only have 2, maybe 3 people working, which causes significant delays in your day. Read Less

I wasn't happy with my old salon and my mom recently came here, and suggested I try it. I'm really happy I listened to her. When I first walked in I was greeted, very politely and my nail tech was very skilled.  I needed a fill for an acrylic overlay and she was very gentle with the drill once I mentioned I was more sensitive.  The nail polishes look very new and aren't watered down,  The entire salon was beautifully decorated and very orderly with no untidiness. I was given a hot towel after she filled the acrylic, and she spent a lot of time shaping my nails just how I wanted and didn't rush. Their dryer worked very well, nails dry under 10 mins and I didn't need the quick dry drops either.  I need to go back for a matching pedicure! Will update with how the acrylic holds up after a few weeks of wear.  Very affordable rates too, 18$ for a fill and pedicures were 25$ or so  depending on if it's spa or regular. Overall very friendly and relaxing-  soothing music with no anxiety like some salons. Read Less

They do a good pedicure, but the manicures that I have gotten the past few times have not been good. (I even stopped going and I went back in the hope that it would be better) their gel manicures are okay. I loved this place for the longest time and I even recommend it to friends, but they stopped going for the same reason I'm not going back. I have found their manicures to be uneven. I could see different layers of nail polish and the polish was all over my skin around my nails. Read Less

This is a great family owned business. Their service is top notch and personalized. They always remember me no matter how many months it has been. The salon is always clean and bright. I get a gel manicure done whenever I am in town and the quality is great. I only get a pedicure every so often (before vacations or weddings), otherwise I will do them myself. This is something that is special to pamper myself. I had to wait longer than the other two people I came with and was done almost first. The massage I was supposed to recieve on my calfs and feet was just excessive lotioning and only on my shins. I was asked repeatedly if I wanted a flower on my big toe. The technicians were too busy talking to eachother to concentrate on delivering on a good product. And the polishing on my nails looks like a 7 year old could have done better. The kicker is that it wasn't busy, there were no other customers to help there was no reason why my session couldn't have been better. When I brought my concerns, first to the technician (Linda) I got brushed off. Then when I spoke to the owner/manager I was not offered any sort of compensation or apoplogy. Nothing. What a way to keep a customer happy.While I am not a regular customer, the two people I went in with are, and they will not be going back.There are plenty of other Nail Salons in Wilmington and surrounding areas. T4 nails is the best! I'm so overdue on writing this review, as I've been seeing both owners, Tony and Allison, regularly for over 2 years now. The service is exceptional, they are always timely and I've NEVER been told "no" when I call for a same day (sometimes same HOUR) appointment! I constantly receive compliments on my nails, both Tony and Allison do an excellent job. I have friends/ relatives who see other girls at the salon as well, and I've never heard a complaint. Everyone is super friendly and their color selection is always top-notch. Best part- for the quality of their services, the price is a steal. Seriously, I've paid almost double at other places for so- so work- at T4 they do an amazing job!  I refer them to everyone I know. T4 is such a gem! Plus- they have a huge flat screen tv to watch while you get your nails done, such a bonus! I'll never trust anyone else with my nails again. Read Less
