Hit or miss. Have had some great pedicures and manicures here. My gel nails Tend to last the full two weeks. It appears to be clean. They have lots of colors to choose from. Unfortunately my latest experience was a 15 minute speed pedicure (not by choice) and the lady was huffing throughout. On my recent visit, I noticed a sign saying they did waxing. Amy asked if I wanted my eyebrows done and I said yes. After coming home the area around my eyes were more swollen than when I have them done at my regular place. In reflection I realized Amy never cleaned my face before applying the wax which is standard procedure.  I also realized that my eyebrows were a bit uneven and that she didn't tweeze to pluck the stray hairs not pulled by the wax. Loved this place! Super friendly people, VERY CLEAN place. I love how they have actual professional photography prints hanging up, not those cheesy pictures from the 80's with woman who have 6-inch long fingernails and 80s hairdos that so many nail salons have hanging up....oh yeah, and my nails look great too :)  I would recommend this place in a heartbeat and will definitely be going back. Ever since moving to Westwood, I have been searching for a great and reliable nail salon. When Diamond Nails opened, I gave them a try and I have been going consistently for the past four months. They do amazing work and take their time (no rushing to get to the next client). I like the attention to detail and the people are all very friendly. Went here on a snowy day for a Mani pedi.  Had a great service with Kelly.  Got an unexpected hot stone massage on my legs and feet!  The place is extremely clean, all brand new tables chairs massage chairs, etc. I would definitely go again and maybe try a vinyl manicure. They are new in Westwood, but I would love to see them stick around for a long time. Read Less
