The experience at the salon was decent but I got my nails done on Sunday and the shellac peeled off today (Thursday) I've never had shellac nails last less than a week.... very disappointing - especially after paying $37 (nails plus a little design). Won't go back here. Read Less

I'm giving 1 star today simply because of their shitty customer service...  I used to come here all the time they did an excellent job but I guess since they started getting g busier they think they can forget about being nice to the customers.. Went in for a fill and gel color..  The guy that's done my nails multiple times before spent too much time on one nail with the drill and it started to burn I let him know it was burning,  so he rudely told me to leave his station and go to the other side of the salon because he was too rough?  Umm ok pretty sure I just mentioned the burning once and I didn't make a big deal out of it.  Instead of leaving I decided to stick it out and the girl on the other side was short and rude as well..  Pointed at me while she was talking to her boss as well, can imagine what they were saying...  Nails came out ok but honestly I would rather go elsewhere next time...  They just aren't the same Read Less

Stopped here with my mother for pedicures and we were the first people waiting. After about 20 minutes my mother goes. I wait another 10 as a few more people come in and wait. Apparently there is no care by the employees about who came first. An employee comes over and asks the woman sitting a few seats from me what she's waiting for and goes ahead and takes her. I became instantly enraged, as well as the other woman who was waiting and got there before her. Also, shame on that woman who KNEW she came way later than us. The employees didn't seem to care about this and the aggravation it caused so me and my mother ended up leaving. They kinda just told us "whatever, you'll be next." They didn't even acknowledge or care that it was frustrating to us clearly waiting longer. ALSO, as I was waiting I was watching everyone "clean" their pedicure tubs -- a squirt of Lysol and a spray of the water. Definitely didn't seem very sanitary to me. I've seen other places clean their stations much better than this so I'm kind of happy I didn't end up getting a pedicure there. WILL NOT RETURN. Read Less

Ive been going here for years as well. I feel they are slipping... Their nails hardly ever lift and ive never had fungus but they are so busy now that while doing nails they are constantly scanning the room to make sure people are in queue and in doing so i had my finger burned with the dremel...a week later skin was peeling off and my nail was separating...i dont think they are sterile enough...using the same files on everyone.Perhaps ill bring my own uensils next time...they are the best in this area..but i wish theyd get back to their basics Read Less

By far the best nail salon around!!! I drive from Portsmouth, RI just for Linda!!! I have multiple salons within 5 minutes of my home but Linda is the best! She is always fast and her work is perfection!! Perfectly straight and perfectly square always!! I can't believe how rude the service was tonight. We usually love it here but they were just outright rude to us tonight. We went for pedicures and the water for my friend was scorching hot and mine was cold as well as my other friends. They told us the wait would be 15 min when actually we waited 45 min before we asked about the wait and she talked to us like we were idiots! My other friend actually thinks she got a fungus from soaking in dirty water for 45min. I would say to AVOID this place as much as possible!!!! Good luck peeps! Read Less

Horrible customer service!!!! I made a pedicure appointment for 9:30 am, after a few minutes I was seated in hot water.  After 35 minutes of sitting there with the employees taking other customers I finally stated that my appointment time and that I had been waiting.  I was approached several minutes later and told that it's going to be a few more minutes.  At this point it was 10:15 and I had been soaking for almost 40 minutes.  I understand if they are running behind but it was completely unprofessional to keep taking other customers.  No one apologized or basically acknowledged their mistake. Horrible!!! Just got the worst set of nails I've ever had and to top it off they are all different lengths. The woman offered to do a French for free because they were too short for a design AND THEN CHARGED ME FOR IT!! Wow... I am now peeling them off in the car what a waste of time and money. Gross. Terrible. Went here for a last minute manicure before my wedding with 4 friends. We go into this huge place, and figure we'll all get served pretty quickly. Well-- we didn't, as it appears only 3 people work there on a Friday.I had one look at their pedicure stations and dirty carpet and wanted to leave immediately, but my friends calmed me down, and I thought I was being an over-panicky clean-freak bridezilla. This was later disproved, as my friend's foot was cut by one of the women, who barely apologized. They all acted like it happens all the time and still charged her full price, despite the fact she was bleeding quite a bit.We all reassured her and thought she'd be okay, but were wrong, as the cut and unsanitary surroundings resulted in her getting a staph infection a few days later!On top of that, here are the little bits of BS that make this place the worst: I was overcharged by $5 for the "services." They gave my friend french tips that she didn't want, or like, and she took it off as soon as she got home. The nail polish was all years old, none of the new OPI colors, and most looked like it had been illicitly filled with fake polish. My manicure lasted 2 days and my pedicure, barely a week. I was not doing any housework during this time, mind you-- I was at my wedding.Please don't keep this place in business by getting yourself a staph infection there. Go somewhere else... In fact, plan ahead and go to Providence, since most places in the Dartmouth/Westport area, with the exception of some of the pricey/upscale salons, are almost as bad. PLEASE someone correct me.
