There are ups and downs about this place. The way they do nails is fantastic they do a really good job on designs but the only thing is their attitude is terrible. I went there last month and the lady was giving me an attitude. The one thing that I don't understand is on the door there's a huge sign that says walk-ins welcome. So of course I go there without making in appointment because I just got out of work and I wanted to get my nails done so got there around 1130 and the lady tells me to come back at 1:30! It didn't even look busy in there so it was a waste of time to even go out of my way just to go there. One of the best nail salons in Westfield.  They are very welcoming and nice. They take there time on your nails and get every little detail perfect.  One of the things I like the most is how clean it is inside,  there are also T.Vs playing which is nice. There prices are very reasonable. Read Less
