Twice I stopped in there for a pedicure without an appointment and both times (mid-day on a weekday) was told they could not accommodate me. They did not seem to care if I was there or not and they did offer to make an appointment at another time as I thanked them and left. This is totally out of sync with all the other nail salons in the area (or anywhere else I've ever been) who bend over backward to squeeze you in regardless of whether or not you have an appointment. I will definitely not be giving them another chance. It may be that they don't have enough technicians but I wonder how long they are going to be able to remain at the pricey new location. Read Less

I decided to try this place out because the new location much closer to my work than my usual salon however I was very disappointed. When I walked in I was told there would be a 10 minute wait which was absolutely fine because I didn't have an appointment. Another woman walked in about 5-8 minutes later announcing that she didn't have an appointment but wanted a particular nail technician. That nail technician happened to be the first to finish up so they took the woman who had walked in behind me first without even acknowledging me or the that I had been waiting much longer. When I sat down the closest acknowledgement I got was ''sorry for the wait''. The manicure I received was just mediocre; my nails weren't shaped as nicely as I'm used to and there was still nail polish on my skin after I left. To be completely honest, though, even if the manicure had been the best I have ever gotten, the way my visit started completely turned me off. I will definitely be returning to my regular salon next time. Read Less

Will not go back!! They were very nice to my daughter but took forever with me. It was super expensive and then she cut me. Worst gel manicure I have ever had. It started peeling before I got home because the polish was on my skin not just the nail! Read Less

Went their with my daughter when they openes and was told they couldn't take us. Only two other people getting their nails done and wouldn't let us wait to get our nails done. Maybe they should take the walkins welcome sign down until they have staff. Read Less

Best Nail Salon in the area!! I won't go anywhere else since I have been to Mamas & Divas! Try the Ice Cream Pedicure, you won't be disappointed. Great color choices for gel manicures and great service! The girls are soo sweet! Read Less
