Wish I could give no stars.  I arrived there was no one in there. When I said I had an appointment with my friend they seemed annoyed. I was told rudely to pick a color. When I did the nail tech told me the color I chose was ugly. I wanted to leave but I knew my friend was on her way. During the pedicures one of the techs dropped all the tools on the floor and didn't even bother to switch them out. Gross!! And in all my pedicure was one of the worst I've ever had. Me and my sister in law both did our nails there, and both of us are not satisfied. The regular manicure was not worth and started chipping already, and because I chose two colors I had to pay two dollars extra, which was very annoying. The gel coloring was bad to, and the nail polish was all over my sister's nail skin. On the other hand the service I didn't like. The lady who did my nail asked me to go pay while she was working on my nails. It was very disrespectful.Read Less

Not a pleasing atmosphere. The place isn't nice, it looks old and run down. I had a pedicure that was average at best. The lady doing my pedi was pretty nice, but the lady next to me did not have it so good. She could not understand what her customer was asking her to do...it was a hot mess. Read Less

I i've been coming to this place for a long time, every two weeks for a fill, and eyebrows. The technicians are very friendly, I do prefer some over others. There are two young girls there, I like the way they do my nails. I noticed when they do pedicures they could be a little cleaner with their tools. But all in all, I like this place, i'm comfortable here. Everybody has their own opinion, all I can say is try it once to see if you like it yourself :) Read Less

I am writing this review because I had my nails done here this past Saturday. When the tech was doing my nails she wasn't paying attention and cut my finger. The next day thee of the nails they did are all chipping. She forgot top coat on two fingers. I told them I just want my money back and they hung up on me. I called back asking to talk to own...they just kept saying she not her, you come in. After this experience I do not want them to touch my nails. I just want my money back...I told them I was writing this review...seemed effected. There are many palaces to spend your money and get quality. I usually go to Roses Nails on Sumner Avenue in Springfield and they do a great job every single time..due to time I tried them for the first and last time. Just had the most amazing facial from Dania I haven't been that relaxed in a long time. I felt well and truly pampered. The Vietnamese aged around 30-35 yo, long hair, and a little tan skin. I haven't asked her name. She did a really bad job on painting nails. I asked her to not doing it but she keep drawing the ugly things on my nails. The owner should check her skills before accept her to work. Because now You lose customer. And she asked me about my personal life which I feel uncomfortable to answer. But still keep asking and talk to her co-worker in Vietnamese which I feel it's VERY RUDE. Found this place after my usual nail salon was busy.  I walked in and they took me right away, I thought wow great service. But after she started I quickly realized that she isn't a great nail technician. She asked if I wanted to pay to get my cuticles cut and I thought that was part of a manicure, non the less I said yes but she barely cut my cuticles. Great place with a lovely atmosphere, I have my nails done to look glamorous , use the wobble to keep supple and indulge in beauty and tanning sessions as a treat. Very friendly staff , plenty of social chitchat - a real pleasure to visit. Easy parking too.! Highly recommended . Read Less

Decent service, but not very clean and very cheap. Two comments: First, I watched a woman giving a pedicure drop a cup of nail clippers/files/tools etc, on the floor, it appeared a utensil or two fell in the girl's tub (in the pedicure seat) - the woman placed all utensils back in the cup and did not wash any of them, nor did she offer to change the customer's water. Second, they don't use real shellac polish, they just use a base coat shellac that they put on before and after the normal polish color.Will not go here again! Read Less

this place is decent, price is pretty cheap and the Asian ladies that work there are pretty nice. I notice this place is more popular with there waxing and pedi. I have gotten my nails done four times and was pleased with the results. My advice stick with the same attendant, because they all have different ways of styling nails and usually the same lady will know what you want. Read Less
